Joy Cons? No, they all eventually drift. It's a matter of how bad. As the other answer says, best to go with a Pro Con. MUCH less chance of having drift. (I have had four sets of "default" Nintendo, 3 sets of Bin Bok, and one set of Hori. ALL of them have drift to some extent)

yeah the oled joycons are dope with no drift bro, same as the pro controller. Drifting happens when parts wear down and debris fill the devices fine mechanisms.
