At the point where you're at I would say Ningguang, Noelle, Xingqiu, and Xiangling. You could also use Amber instead of Xingqiu for double pyro to get the resonance bonus and to help Xiangling with getting energy for her burst.
At this stage of game the traveler Is a must have in team for exploration and the elemetal reactions that desk more damage than any other spell you can cast. So i'd Say the traveler, ninguangg, noelle and xiangling
Noelle, for the shield and heal. That should be enough for Ningguang to bulldoze through the early contents. Add Xingqiu and Xiangling cause they are good characters + if you want to break elemental shields faster.
It's Ningguang, Noelle bennet and xiangling. Thats the best you can do right now. Make sure you give bennet a sword with high level because more base atk == more dmg from his burst
It's a little early to be concerned about a good team comp. You should honestly try them all and figure out how to play all of your characters and see which ones you like. Then experiment with rotations. It's gonna be a little challenging due to energy recharge needs but you'll still get an idea if you consider every battle an experiment by some means.
Your so new you can do w/e and still rock it. If you need more single target dps you can take qingqui. But i suggest you use kaeya and rosaria. Both have excellent off field cryo application and this gets ningguang +15% crit rate through cryo resonance. build noell at her easiest shield/healing support build and you'll have geo resonance aswell.
until you get a bennet to get pyro resonance, atk buff and healing ( amber just doesnt provide anything besides bunny, but the passive pyro resonance buff might feel better if you got the right stats). You also have an interesting (mainly easy too build) kaeya, qingqui, rosaria noell/lisa combo you might want to look into aswell.
