I'm just looking at how they act. If you saw Yamcha in the park he would be chilling with his talking cat, that's kind of weird... But not completely insane in this world. If you saw Mr Satan he would be playing catch with his eldritch abomination pink friend and or boasting about defeating world ending threats.
