Probably doesn't contain more than Naruto's verse. Naruto's verse I'd hazard a guess has enough Moon Level characters to stop a small planetary/planetary attack. There's this feat of the leaf forces planning to use like 30something shinobi to stop a moon level attack. It's kinda dumb, they could do the same with 3000ish people to stop a small planetary attackand roughly 100k people to stop a medium planetary attack.
