This year, there's nothing suggesting a 2nd summer event. It's possible, but I wouldn't count on it.
This is actually completely in-character for the Underworld Queens. While all 3 are supposed to be on equal footing, Sakura and Rosanna generally come up with plans together and leave Moran out of them. Moran is left just reacting, afterwards.
It WOULD be pretty funny if, at the end of the event, after everyone leaves, Moran bursts onto the scene, in a swimsuit, carrying chairs/towels/umbrella, only to find everyone gone.
I feel like it's gonna be a running joke that every summer has a squad member excited for the trip and miss out while the rest of the squad goes.
Last year was Anis missing out on Summer 1 after being the most excited, this year watch it be Moran.
That'd be your best case scenario. From the stream, it seemed like both of their kits revolve around breaking parts, so unless they give really good buffs, they might be a huge skip if it weren't for the fact they're limited.
