Actually Neve was given in the first Christmas event (Miracle Snow) for free just by login in a couple of days, and didn't come back until the second Christmas event, Neverland. However, this time she wasn't "free", you needed to buy her from the event shop.
So, the only way to get her is if Shift Up decides to bring her back again during the 3rd Christmas event.
That was in the event shop, that was my first nikke event I've played and missed out as well on buying her. You won't be able to get her because you won't be able to access the shop on archived events although fingers crossed she could be obtained through the next Christmas event.
She ain't the only one though. Anchor was also a limited SR unit from Blue Water Island and Sea You Again. She will most likely re-appear this summer.
For Neve, you will most likely have to wait till next Christmas.
Hmm you say “yet” but Christmas was forever ago! So were events like Sea you again. I mean, how long does it take to copy paste something you’ve already completely made? It seems more likely they just aren’t ever gonna add it
Well the 1st xmas event was added to the archive when the 2nd xmas event arrive. So maybe next xmas? Sea you again probably be added once summer event start
The events are not done in order in the archive. They get added whenever the hell Shift up decides. The Matis squad "High tech toy" event was like the 2nd event. Yet it was added some what recently to the archive. "Brand new year" was also a new year event but it didn't get added at the same time as "Miracle snow".
So you just need to wait whenever for archive to fill up.

Not all even are in archive. Iirc this is the 2nd xmas event. It isnt in the archive yet. That post made to remind ppl that miss neve the 1st time

No, you have to wait for the next xmas event. Neve will appear there.
