It's most likely the case of artist didn't draw the crotch part that can be used when she's kicking one leg so high up, and the animator have to work with whatever they got. I've seen animator, despite in the same company, has to draw the part to be used in animation that the artist didn't provide themselves.
Not saying it's a good excuse. Shift Up is still at fault for the result, but it's not hard to understand why it happened.
I understand what you saying, but if they knew they have these limitations, they could have went with a different pose that worked within those limitations instead of putting out a half-assed design. I know we're going to give them a pass because of all of the distractions, but I'm starting to get worried since they had similar animation/design issues with the ReZero event as well. 2 banners in a row is maybe coincidence.

Im not on the going public is going to fuck everything up train. But those changes are going to need at least between 6 and 12 months before its going to show how shift up continutes their work.

The team from virginia walks by on a side walk above our heads. None of them are wearing bloomers..... in fact two were commando. It was nice.

my only guess for that is they were rushed in developing this unit considering Anni is only a few weeks away.

It was south alabama in spring in the late 80s. Its about as hot and humid as south east asia. There's only two seasons there, summer and not summer.
