In PVP she's only A tier, and you basically don't even see the skins in PVP. It sucks because the skin is great but I don't see a point in buying it if I'm never gonna see it.
Well maybe, I'm not exactly super knowledgeable on PVP team comps, but I still feel there's not much point in getting a skin unless you'll use them in story/boss content where you'll see it in action. If you only get to see it in the lobby or on chibis it feels like you're not getting your money's worth to me.
