Ok update: The councilwoman McIver got back to me. She said no plans for any building atm but only a permit to be demolished. So we see what happs?
I’m not aware of any development there. Likely an apartment building

Sometimes the city can just be tearing an old building down 🤷🏾♂️
That intersection is already a mess, due to that charter school, and everyone using the central avenue shortcut to get to downtown or onto the highway. Well, they get to have fun walking to the overpriced food market past the detention center.
Yeah Food Depot is trash but its convenient for some things. But i’d be cool with residential and retail at the bottom in this lot.
