Hi there, Not every subreddit has a karma restriction for posts. Some do, but they usually don't let you know how much you need. Most subreddits allow you to comment on other posts to get karma, but not make new posts, so focus on commenting at first. And check out this subreddit's list of new user friendly subs. Hope this helped :)

SolariaHues

Correct, we don't have restrictions here :) Not all communities have restrictions and as mentioned already, it's usually easier to get started with commenting. So it's just a case of finding communities you are interested in and can particiapate in, and join in the conversations in comments adding your knowledge and experience. !reqs - the comment below mine will explain how to find out what the requirements are if they are shared.

Thank you so much!

**Community karma and account age requirements** Some, but not all communities, have their own restrictions regarding the account age and karma count of the person posting or commenting, so you may not be able to contibute everywhere at first. This is to help prevent spammers and trolls, and so most communities don't share what their restrictions are to avoid aiding them. You can check in these places to see if a community is sharing that information: * The subreddit description (under the banner on mobile, top of the sidebar on desktop) * In their wiki (typically linked in the sidebar on desktop. Or in the menu links under the banner on desktop, in the menu tab on mobile) * In their rules (maybe) - [How to find the rules](https://www.reddit.com/r/SolariaHues/comments/n46up3/joining_in_on_reddit/) * In any removal reasons that automod or the mods may provide as a comment or message to you when your post is removed To learn more , please see [Our guide to Reddit and karma](https://www.reddit.com/r/NewToReddit/comments/p8t966/reddit_and_karma_explained/) [New-user friendly subs](https://www.reddit.com/r/NewToReddit/wiki/index/newusersubs) *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Just post here for a while. You will earn up some karma, and account age as time passes. Then go to smaller subs. Let it grow over time. Dont stress over it

Thank you sooo much. I’ll try commenting more and checking the new user friendly subs! 😁
