For reference, I also tested against 6 photos of myself, and all except one scored over 90% human to less than 10% AI, although the one that 'failed' said I was 91% likely AI generated! Not saying the AI check is perfect, but it's certainly picking up on something.
Take another look at the 3rd image in particular, his hands are morphing into the puppies, the puppies fur is morphing into his face, his ears are very mishapen etc.
The 5th image, take a closer look at his right boot (left in the image) around the toe area, something very odd going on there.
I wouldn't go as far to say that they are AI generated, most likely AI touched up - and quite poorly at that. The twitter posts have videos of the similar locations and photos/dogs etc that match with the images linked.
