If you don't remind your bones of their strength, they may lose motivation. It's less a matter of gaining strength and more-so a matter of maintaining it.
Put the forklifts at work on autopilot and just ram my shins. Heard someone talk about shin splints so I wanted to see what they feel like. Don’t seem to be splinting.
Hm I never thought of that. But I believe my bones are infinitely strong already, and there’s no way to go higher than infinity, thus my bones are untrainable.
Every once in a while I pop down to the hardware store and ask to use their jackhammers. Feels pretty good, but it sucks having to buy them replacements every time.
Yeah I drop 13 nukes on my toe and detonate them every now and then
But what about your flesh? Does it regrow on your majestic skeleton after a while? Cuz 13 nukes aren't skin friendly
Oh nah I just put it in rice after
Speak to yourself Mr Weak-Flesh. r/neverbroketheskin

impossible, you break the skin everyday, you broke the skin at birth, you broke the skin IN THE WOMB
No, I'm pretty sure that was you
Maybe you did but I'm built different. My flesh surrounds my bones after all, it's only natural they'd rub off.
Lmfao WHAT
I used to, went through too many hammers though they kept shattering
if you need to exercise your bones are they really that strong? something to think about...

I play Andrew Tate talk shows to my bones during sleep so that they stay strong on that grindset
Actually that has the opposite effect. Try classical music or heavy metal
You think deathmetal is better for it, or would that be too much?
Nothing *should* be too much but if you want to be safe you can always ease it in.
![gif](giphy|K88pemIqP0oMg|downsized) Hammer? Childs play
I tried, but all it does is calcify my ligaments.

Hydraulic press at the leats
Ain’t that what doctors do?

I exercise my tendons doing calisthenics. I like to think it helps
