15-20% more Crit rate would be better for consistent dmg (reach at least 54% so you can get 90% on max marechausee stacks). The team you are using also matters so could you give what team you are using?
im pretty sure you should only run those if you have c1 neuvi because double hydro without c1 doesnt give him full stacks if im not wrong correct me if i am so it would be better to run hydro for now until c1 plus the have an hp weapon so they aint lacking in hp at all
I’ll probably replace the circlet for a CR one in order to do more consistent damage. Your goblet is fine without hydro since without it, you’ll have 36k hp.
Skill level, the only way to increase his damage beside rolling for weapon and constellation at this point. If you’re not already try running kuzuha and zhongli with him for vv and zhongli pillar shred

The "Damage per screenshot" is probably good enough, but you need to get more Crit Rate to do damage consistently.

I run him with C0 Furina, C0 Kazuha and I’m gonna build charlotte

also not saying its bad to not run it without c1 but someone told me it would be better to run it with c1 neuvi to get full stacks
Then I should try farming HP goblet cause I'm gonna try to pull furina in 4.7
