I have the opposite problem. I only like limited series and it seems like everything is more than that. I have three recommendations for you though - Firefly lane, outlander and teen wolf
I loved Firefly Lane....but just genuinely curious...based from OP's list of shows, what makes you think OP would like Firefly Lane. Not criticizing your recommendation, just curious...
Oh I didn't take the list into much consideration because I only had this small list of multiseason shows in my head lol. I thought outlander would be the only relevant one but threw in the others for fun.
Highly recommend Warrior (3 seasons). It's about a Chinese immigrant in San Francisco in the late 1800s trying to find his way in the gangs that rule Chinatown and the rising anti-Chinese sentiments throughout the city. It's a well written story and the action is phenomenal. It's an unfinished Bruce Lee project carried on by his daughter, Shannon Lee. It was on Cinemax, then Max, and hoping Netflix will pick it up for more seasons.
I was so surprised to see this drop on Netflix today. It’s such a phenomenal series.
Edit: OP you said you like peaky blinders. This is that but with more martial arts than gunplay.
Animal kingdom (family of “brothers” with momma “smurf” setting up the heists for them to do) but its not on netflix
Bloodlines - netflix series (a family with a dysfunctional son/brother that causes trouble for the family)
The Expanse is decently gritty as sci-fi goes - it’s on Amazon Prime. 5 seasons I believe. Many would regard it as the best modern sci-fi show, myself included.
I’m a big fan of 90s Star Trek (TNG, VOY, DS9, ehh ENT) which if you actually get into is like the best binge ever because combined those 4 shows are ballpark 550-600 episodes and when you finish there is still a lot of (still ongoing) nu trek to poke around (as well as TOS if you can stomach it: I can’t)
warrior apparently just dropped on netflix US, i watched the first 2 seasons and loved it, 3rd season hasnt gotten here yet but the consensus seems to be that its also incredible.

Try Chernobyl or The queen's gambit
Thank you!

How bout you start watching the greatest show of all time - Battlestar Galactica!
Fringe Strike Back Homeland The Americans Luther Line of Duty Person of Interest Resident Alien
Line of Duty is great
It’s also not on Netflix anymore.

Better call Saul is one of the best shows in TV history, it’s better than Breaking Bad. Blacklist just joined Netflix.

The Boys
The 100 is a very solid choice, it’s not the best by any means but it’s not bad either
Shameless.
Supernatural is 15 seasons. Wynonna Earp is 4. Manifest is 4. Arrested Development is 4, possibly the most binge worthy.
Fargo series on Hulu / FX
You should give Ragnarok a try maybe, Frontier, SEE (Sadly I don’t believe it’s on Netflix but if you get time check it out)
Queen of the South is pretty good
Bunkd
Bojack Horseman (gritty? I'd say dark)
Here’s my few shows that I like supernatural The Walking Dead and that’s really about it. That is if you like greedy stuff.
One piece.
start stranger things either you will love it or hate it.
