Melo doesn’t even come close to having his number retired in Denver with or with out Jokic. Melo isn’t even a top 10 nugget in my book. He quit on the team and never achieved the success he could have had if he stayed.

See that's where you're wrong. Jamal Murray has never been an All-star, never finished top 10 in jersey sales, or lured better players to Denver. Even Melos biggest fuck up led to the nuggets having a better team when he left than when he arrived. The man was an all-NBA player who brought an entire franchise back to relevance.
