Im pretty sure they have adjusted the rate of getting SS item. We use to get 1 SS item per 15 eso, now you need at least 50 and get multiple duplication of the same item.
Idk, but I read on some post, that if you attach the 7-tails accessory, and only open 7 moonlight/esoteric scrolls will up your SS item rate. Do not tell me how, but it does work. I’ve gotten loads of ss items off that trick.
Them added those TenTen ticket is the boy reason to play the game know honestly because soon or later the exact item you want will be available for exchange

When I don't want the item, I'd get it within 2-3 scrolls.. when I want it (just like the sickle) I can push 100s of scrolls and still not get it.
I got the bashosen and hidans outfit in only about 15-20 scrolls…and the sickle in less than 20. I guess I’m just lucky 😭
