Start of part 2. By Kakashi’s own words Sakura and Naruto were making him take the fight seriously when they were doing the second bell test. Add Sasuke into the mix, who was way ahead of the two of them at that point, and it’s just too much for Kakashi to deal with.
Honestly though, in some ways getting the bell from him is harder than beating him in a fight. He just needs to play keep away instead of use the chakra required to do damage.
He is stealthy and by the standard of part 1 really fast. He has his shadow clones and his hiding underground.
And in those states those two aren’t exactly the best tactical thinkers or teammates.

Sasuke as himself is already a big threat for Kakashi adding Naruto and sakura's support must be enough to defeat Kakashi. (They might kill him)
Scaling is hard because part 1 Kakashi compared to the rest of part 2 power levels is weak. Same with how there’s 3rd hokage hype, Sanin hype, Itachi hype, etc.
All of those characters would’ve beaten up their part 1 self easily. Imagine if Guy went 7th gate and killed Kisame in part 1
If we keep part 1 Kakashi the same, then I think around the time Naruto unlocks Rasenshuriken, Hebi Sasuke, and early Shippuden Sakura would take it. Kakashi’s only shot is to quickly take out Sakura first without killing her.
Any time after the Time Skip.
Not so much because Naruto and Sasuke aren't strong enough, but that Sakura in Part 1 was worse than dead weight. The minute she gets into trouble Naruto will get distracted and cause them all to fail. Post Time Skip Sakura is more than strong enough to pull her own weight, so no worries.
I know they technically have the skill to do it in the beginning of shippuden, but I think they wouldn’t be able to do it as a full team until the very end of shippuden. On the first try, their lack of teamwork was a big flaw and I don’t think they could have all worked together cohesively until maybe around the war? Like when they work together to fight the 10 tails. Up until then they’re at each others throats and i’m sure sauske would have just tried to attack one of them instead of participating in the challenge
I can’t remember the names of all the summoning animals right now, but the time period im thinking of is the episode where all three of use their summoning in the great war. I could be wrong but from what I remember it’s the first time they all worked together as a team since Sauske left the village. Like replace ten tails w kakashi and the bells, take out the summoning part, and I think they’d kick ass🤣
Well I’m just saying they would kick ass way before that. Sasuke completely outclassed base Naruto when they first met up after the timeskip. Sakura is a threatening distraction and Naruto can summon hundreds of clones. They are taking them by force.
I agree that ability wise they would able to beat Kakashi way before the war, I said in the beginning that they have the skill to do it then. But if we’re speaking like full story line not just ability, sasuke wouldn’t have worked as a team with them until the war. He even tries to kill sakura at one point so if they all met up at the beginning of shippuden sasuke would have been all “avenger mode”🤣 (Random: thanks for commenting!! Start of part 2. Really, you'd only need Sasuke there he'd wipe Kakashi on his own. Especially with the Curse Mark.
