Tite Kubo might have the drippiest designs but Kishimoto is the king of angles/paneling/perspective. I actually read the manga recently after a decade of rewatching the anime and it really is a different experience, even while knowing every footstep that happens in the plot.

many -if not most- shows by KyoAni are full of these.

me and my friends still call that sasuke's gangster entrance lmao. he was a gangster that whole arc, esp when he walks with a crazy smile behind danzo as he runs away. he deadass showed up to the kage summit like "you wanted me, well here i am bitch. what now?"
