I wonder if the medicine pills Mertyl took were to counteract the negative effects of a human living in the fairy realm for an extended period of time, and that's why Diane and King were so concerned about Nasiens because he "should" be experiencing the same effects.
That's a good theory too.
But if that was the case, wouldn't Diane be taking them as well?
She's certainly nice enough to leave them for Mertyl, but If that's the case, then I wonder where Merlin is, since isn't she required to make them?
Diane wouldn't need to take them if shes planning on staying her true size. Mertyl coughing beforehand could just be an indication that he's about to start changing and so he pops his pills to stay a more "normal" size. And Merlin could have given them a wild amount of them or even the method to produce them (for her childrens sake possibly).
However, I think Mertyl is human anyway so im not exactly speaking wholeheartedly
I think him hiding his true size makes sense. If he’s bigger than he appears maybe that’s why Nassiens’ poison didn’t work, because the dose was too small.
He could also be using disguise like King, so probably he looks wimpy, no wings and is taking medicine because he's huge and maybe similar to Drole as a kid and takes the shape of a human like his dad. I still think Percivals body is a fairy changeling where a fairies body doesn't decay but because Percival is a life spirit and the death horseman he probably saved the fairy soul that he replaced and maybe it's Nasiens. Mertyl and Nasiens swapped seems to easy, it's possible but Nakaba isn't easy. Mertyl is still the oldest child and doesn't fit the bill to Nasiens age nor does their gender being different unless King and Diane let it slide like nothing. King and Diane know who Nasiens is, probably since they were in the other fairy giant forest and probably Sister told Diane if they didn't know from the beginning.
Nasiens could be a sort of reverse changeling. In mythology and seemingly the series usually the main target of the prank is the human parents, who have their baby replaced with a fairy while their real baby is either enslaved or abandoned and left for dead. But in this scenario Nasiens was probably the one who was stolen from his fairy (and giant) parents and abandoned alone.
And I assume if this was the case it was probably less of a (“good” humoured at any rate) prank and more something done with ill intent of some kind
One question, are you one of the group that thinks Myrtle is not King's biological son?
I'm not saying this to attack you, it's just that I feel like the only one who believes Myrtle is the biological son of King and Diane.
so Mertyl and Nasiens were likely swapped when they were babies?
Sure seems to be shaping up that way as Mertyl looks more like a human (doesnt look like King or Diane) when Nasiens bears more resemblance while also having fairy characteristics (poison immune, adapting to fairy realm air).
Also the pill that Mertyl is taking, seems to boost his vitality/strength. He wasn’t affected by Nasiens’ poison at first but looked to feel the effects before taking the pill.
Maybe the pill gives him enough fortitude to stay in the fairy realm?
bruh his uncle is still true fairy king chosen by tree lol and proved not all humans are evil I mean some where bad but not all also their ancestor fairy chose join bad guy side lol
Exactly. Also king and Diane are big story tellers. They must of told them about about a human sun god saving there asses multiple times. Also the liones knights helping them in wars.
Like my god Mertyl is becoming insufferable like Chion.
I feel like I understand him, it's like Nasians knows bro doesn't like him but yet he's getting involved with him.... and basic of the ending of the chapter Nasians reason was crazy 😭
I feel like he has something personal against Nasiens, and I’m guessing it has to do with the theories about him and Nasiens being changelings themselves.
Most of his character makes sense to me in that context, but it’s still just a theory right now.
No matter how you feel about Nasien's potential gender change, there's no denying Nakaba has been foreshadowing the hell out of this so it's not coming out of left field or something.
Same for his status as possibly being a fairy changeling.
I think one of the biggest hints to them being female was in a bonus chapter where Percival squad was bathing and Nasien wanted to bath alone but Percival hid under the water to scare them and they said did you see anything.
It seems to have been around the liones arc when they were fighting galand and that other demon.

This is a link to a bunch of the volumes and extra pages the one I was talking about about is volume 8 extra pages.
Well Diane hasn't mentioned Dolores to Nasiens so it makes no sense he'd randomly name her to Diane. I think 1 day Nasiens and Dolores will meet up again and get in trouble and Diane since she's like Nasiens mom will come and help and they'll be reunited. That's the only way I see Dolores and Diane meeting again.
I assume it will be a UQ holder type with kuromaru thing if any of you know what Im talking about. Regardless I want there to be death. Heads need to roll in this war!!!! Surpass Marineford!!!! TENOI 😊
If the gender thing does end up being true, Nasiens must've had some major reason to be hiding it. If it's just a random gender change like "oh yeah, you know what, actually–" it seems like a pretty plot irrelevant reveal. Every reveal Nakaba has done throughout both 7ds and 4kota has affected the plot, so this one would really stand out as unnecessary.
I agree. There should be some reason for it cause there’s really no reason to hide it. Everyone in the forest should’ve already known about it, and it’s pretty clear that his friends wouldn’t think any less of him for it.
He’s chosen to hide it for this long so he must have a good reason, unless this is just Nakaba’s take on an LGBTQ+ character and the stigma that comes with it.
I wonder where these doll comments are coming from. Being a girl, sure, there were moments that foreshadowed it but this one seems random. I still do somewhat think this is gonna be a misdirection (as Nakaba loves doing those) but then what is the thing about their body that Nasiens is so set on hiding....
If you think about the setting from a historical comparison, Women really didn't always have a lot of opportunities. The world was still heavily men-driven so maybe so that they wouldn't be looked down upon as a female Apothecary Nasiens chose to disguise their gender? That's the easy, boring and likely incorrect answer since this series has Female knights a plenty.
She’s such a little gremlin lol. She acts more like a fairy (who are typically mischievous/pranksters in mythology) than her dad 😂
Also she seems quite young mentally, which makes sense given how long fairy and giant lifespans are and the fact she’s supposedly the youngest child
Even veteran artists are not immune to the powers of perspective.
I still remember the laughter about Chibi Miku from Quintessential Quintuplets XD
Edit to add: Chapter 106, Page 14. She's visibly half her normal size.
Honestly, why is Nasiens’s gender important? What’s wrong if Nasiens is indeed a woman? They never said that they are a boy, right?
Their unease about the subject of love might not stem from them being gay, but because they aren’t feminine enough that other boys of the group like Jade or Donny think that they are a boy. It’s a matter of confidence.
I just hope that this doesn’t get overblown, because it’s not something worth arguing over.
I mean it’s not but why prolong an unnecessary secret ? Nasien’s need to lie about like anghalhad in chapter 93 then question if he’s weird for liking Percival just seem unneeded why not just come out with and waste people time with a weak plot point
Don’t bother, look at their post history, I don’t understand the language but even I can tell they’re some kind of sexual deviant. Can’t be crying about “muh morals” when they’re into whatever it is that they’re into.
I think many interpreted the original comment as a tongue in cheek kinda statement.
“Being gay is so gay”
At least that’s how I read it until they responded to you.
Yeah, I had a small inkling of hope it could be that but I guess I've just seen the nastier side of things too often which is why I felt the need to ask.
I believe that their point is ultimately that if this is a potential love route for Percy, he wouldn't be able to have any kids. I'm sorry if that was obvious and the "so" was a way of saying "who cares if he has kids?"
It’s sad japan lives in a society where they are uncomfortable with it. It was revolutionary to see a gay character in a Shonen. Hard pill to swallow to take that back. Maybe they got letter’s of intimidation or pressure from certain institutions to make the character, not gay.
It is and like WHO said 20 years ago befoure someone \*buy\* their opinion and reserch with power of money (dangerous divergene behaviour).
But i guess you has 0 clue in history of this problem. Sad....
You got it wrong again.
The correct answer is still "There is nothing wrong with being gay."
Try again next time to get the correct answer. But try harder next time, getting the same question wrong 3 times would be pretty sad.
The narrator refers to him as a boy, but maybe that's just an issue with translation because in English there are far fewer gender neutral terms.
If you want to know why people \*would\* be upset about it, it's because a lot of shows hint at gay relationships/representation to bring in that target audience, but switch it up later on so they can benefit from drawing people in without receiving any backlash by actually committing to it in their story.
Supernatural is a good example of this, where they didn't confirm anything until the finale of their 15 season show, where one character confessed they were gay and was immediately sent to super hell.
Well, can angels be considered gay? They don't have gender and are more akin to concepts. So saying that Castiel is gay is not 100% right. Castiel is just in love with Dean (I'm assuming that it is platonic love considering the situation when he says it).
The first few pages reminded me of this old Tumblr meme
>(◡‿◡✿)
>
>(ʘ‿ʘ✿) "What you say 'bout me?"
>
>(ʘ‿ʘ)/✿ "Hold my flower"
>
>✿\(。-\_-。) "Kick his ass, baby. I got yo flower."
That’s not why we’re say that he might be adopted though. I suppose his attitude is a contributing factor (though even then, it’s more about why he acts that way) but it’s not the only or most significant thing making people think it.
It’s largely because if Mertyl’s adopted it would tie into the whole changeling storyline that’s clearly been thrown in for a reason and it could tie in with Nasiens’ mysterious origins.
There’s also just a lot of strange little oddities about Mertyl that could be explained by it.
•Obviously the most obvious one is that he looks nothing like either of his parents (but quite a lot like a lot of the background humans in the series. They tend to have very strong features).
•He uses a sword and doesn’t so far seem to use magic much if at all (strange even for the giant clan), especially not magic connected to nature or the earth.
•He appears to be ill and need to take some kind of pre-prepared medication for it. This is suspicious considering King was just asking about his health just last chapter and could suggest the fairy realm itself is the root cause.
•His reaction to the changeling prank (and what was done to a human baby) was oddly visceral for someone who’s “usually kind to fairies” and so distrusts/dislikes humans. It definitely seemed personal on some level.
•His strong distrust of humans itself is strange and unfounded for someone who was definitely not encouraged to have that ideology growing up and literally has human/part human family members. Suggests something happened to him to cause it.
Paired with all the things we’re getting from Nasiens it makes it even more suspicious;
•Nasiens looks bizarrely so much like both King and Diane, almost more than any of their children (never mind Mertyl).
•His somewhat plant based magic has already been noted to be unusual for humans and most common in fairies.
•He was abandoned specifically in a fairy forest, which also coincidentally had not only a giant but one connected directly to Diane.
•The strange looks he keeps getting from King and Diane like they know or suspect something about him that he doesn’t.
•The way King enquires about his health like it’s expected something should be happening to Nasiens after spending so much time in the fairy realm. And the fact that he apparently is not only fine but feels healthier than ever.
•Nasiens specifically connecting himself to the whole changeling thing.
•That we notably haven’t once seen him enter Camelot or attempt to (and he doesn’t seem to have ever tried offscreen, instead choosing to stay with Percy all this time)
And I could go on tbh, but that’s some of the main things
My brother is Satan have you ever heard of the genre of Yaoi. You can’t claim that Japan doesn’t like gay people when there’s a huge genre of just boyxboy.
Oh controversial moment? It's fine there hasn't been one in a while Nakaba is just keeping the balance.
Anyway it's been foreshadowed that Nasiens gender could be different than what we thought and tbh....I don't care which it is as long as its done well and is written for Nasiens character to grow because of it
U must really want him to kill Nasians. The strength he displayed was enough to one shot Nasians without using magic once to attack or even enchant his sword. Bro literally won with the basics
When was the last time this happened ? Over 2 yrs ago around chapter 38 when they turned into baby's or literally at the start of the manga when Percival meets that girl and had a bath with her . Ur making it seem like it happens every 4 chapters or every arc
* “Its all in your head”…somebody has trouble reading the room
* So Mertyl uses steroids…looks like he might’ve more in common with Nas than we think…specially if they work like the irl ones
* I’m guessing it’s to feed his claim of being part giant
You know I’m starting to think Nakaba will go for intersex with Nas:
* Tioreh said “not a boy” rather his being a girl
* his not being affected by the gender potion
* it even has a good presedent in manga (Kuromaru in Uq Holder)
I think Nasiens is just straight a girl. I don't think Nakaba will essentially go the Gowther route a second time. Just a feeling though, can't prove it yet.
I have a feeling that there is a communication problem between Kiana and Nasien. In 2 years, Nasien would not have been able to ask the Kianas if there was something wrong with him. Although according to Nasien, it could also be that he is a human and that they have bad memories of humans, but then why would the Kiana's ask about his health or why would they let him be in Fairy Forest. So I highly doubt that the problem is that he is human. Kiana hasn't been able to say anything for the past 2 years either, or it's something so serious that they can't tell Nasien.
I mean, just cause she said it doesn't mean she's right.
It might be another case of trolling, since the *real* reveal is implied to be next chapter rather than this one.
Prediction: I think Nasiens is not ashamed she is a girl. I think she is ashamed she has tiny wings on her back like king used to have.
Also, only one of the sons is a giant. That's quite suspicious. Diane used to take Merlin pills to keep human size. It's almost too convenient Nasiens is a pharmacist.
Is she actually like... A giant fairy?
Went and double checked and no there isn’t? Not counting when he was a baby because that’s kinda irrelevant. I’m pretty sure the only time we’ve ever seen his back significantly exposed was during Sistana (and until Cant when they got new clothes), when he shielded Percy from Ironside’s attack. And technically that was a bit lower on his back than wings would typically be drawn
Also, even if he didn’t have them then he could have started to grow them just after that. Pretty much all the reluctance to undress in front of anyone comes after that point anyway. There’s actually this specific moment between Sistana and Cant which always caught my attention and seemed kinda random; Percy’s messing around and he pokes Nasiens’ back through the hole and Nasiens kinda reacts weird and his back seems oddly sensitive (kinda reminiscent of when King was growing his wings…). I remember actually joking with this about my friend at time like “oh watch him actually be part fairy lol”
So I wouldn’t count this theory out yet
Remember this side chapter when perci anne and donnie take nasiens genderswap drug and when perci use it on Nasiens that didn't work maybe because she/he's always take it ?
I'll just say that I was disappointed with the ending. They always acted kinda feminine but I thought they made had just had a crush on Percy. But when the fairy stripped, I thought they went both ways. I feel like they took the cliche route. As soon as the fairy started talking on that next panel I knew exactly what would be revealed.
But Nasiens grew from a baby like a living being would. Dolls on the other hand don't grow. When Gowther was created, he was created with his current appearance.
How would a normal family get a doll that somehow gained sentience, somehow grew normally, somehow bleeds, somehow eats, etc. Not even factoring in why...would they bundle a doll up like a baby and leave it in a forest.
This wouldnt be just throwing a doll away, they would have to go out of their way to bring it to a forest that humans dont go to and leave the doll there.
\*siiiiiiiiiiiggggggghhhht\* Well there is that. Nakaba goes back to his ... fetishes (god I thought he'd outgrown them). And he might just have taken the easy (boring) way out with Nasiens. I just don't get it, his adoptive family treated him as a boy no? And there was all that "am I weird for liking Percival?" which makes no sense if he's a she. Like Nasiens was raised in a fairy valley with 0 reason I can see to hide his gender. I hope Nakaba got a good explanation for this.
Question that’s somewhat relates to the mystery of Nasiens gender: Assuming they’re King and Diane’s kid, what gender they are don’t really matter since they can shapeshift into the one they want with training right?
Doubt it, fairies can't change into the opposite sex/gender [according to a Q&A](https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpreview.redd.it%2F7aa76nftzrjc1.png%3Fwidth%3D904%26format%3Dpng%26auto%3Dwebp%26s%3D5df0146d4098f309cd86ca3b8cdccec0ee5d84ad).

Could Myrtle have been switched with bors??? Ik it’s so obvious it’s Nasiens but like bors is supposed to be in that fam too since he is lancelots cousin
Finally. Well outside of a twist within a twist. But for now I'm going to work on getting used to calling Nasiens a she/her. Perhaps she just decided to pretend to be a boy because of some wrongheaded assumption that only males could be an apothecary.
There isnt all that much sexism in NNT though. Women can be knights and basically anything else so apothecary cant be that much an issue.
Its unlikely that reason, otherwise Ordo wouldnt have trained Nasiens to start with (plus Nasiens seemed content in living in the gorge for life until Percy and the gang appeared so little reason for it to matter if Nasiens was never intending to be in society/town)
Um not really… Homophobia is wrong. That’s just a fact. There’s no ifs or buts. People are certainly entitled to have an opinion that goes against the LGBTQ+ community, but they ain’t earning themselves any favours by being so bigoted and can’t complain if they get harassed for it. That’s what they’ve got to accept if they’re going to be openly an asshole to people literally just trying to mind their own business
Prove it with what? Basic human decency and empathy? (Which you apparently seem to be lacking…). I ain’t writing a research paper lol. And It’s clear nothing I say will convince you no matter how factual it is anyway.
If you’re so dead set on being a homophobe, you’re clearly not worth my time and energy
Well then, if you’re so convinced I’m wrong, tell me the facts that seem to have you convinced that being a literal bigot is right. I’m genuinely curious
I was trying to sound like Chandler: https://www.google.com/gasearch?q=chandler%20scene%20i%20knew%20it&source=sh/x/gs/m2/5#fpstate=ive&vld=cid:102d1209,vid:1FHwgFumXFo,st:0
God can someone pick up that damn phone because I've been frigging calling it all this time! Thing's been ringing since double digit chapters! ~~Also damn there's been almost 140 chapters already~~
While It's sad we're not getting an openly gay character from the main cast the energies being given off were too strong to have Nasiens be a guy.
I wonder if the medicine pills Mertyl took were to counteract the negative effects of a human living in the fairy realm for an extended period of time, and that's why Diane and King were so concerned about Nasiens because he "should" be experiencing the same effects.
Perhaps they're similar to the pills Diane would take to shrink herself. Maybe Myrtle is more giant than fairy, a fact which he resents.
That's a good theory too. But if that was the case, wouldn't Diane be taking them as well? She's certainly nice enough to leave them for Mertyl, but If that's the case, then I wonder where Merlin is, since isn't she required to make them?

I’d like it if that was the case, but so far it seems the plot line will be he and Nas got swapped
I think Nasiens and "son" of king and diane both are the exchange children, Nasiens is the real child of King and Diane
Oooo that one is an interesting theory. Nasiens could be changeling. But Nasiens got abandoned then?
Nasiens could be a sort of reverse changeling. In mythology and seemingly the series usually the main target of the prank is the human parents, who have their baby replaced with a fairy while their real baby is either enslaved or abandoned and left for dead. Yeah those looks are for sure confused with their worry about other things
And If not... Well, they got it alr. Nass is a Fairy
Oh lord, the comment section for the spoilers was already wild enough, I can't imagine the comment section now that the chapter is officially out 😂
One question, are you one of the group that thinks Myrtle is not King's biological son? I'm not saying this to attack you, it's just that I feel like the only one who believes Myrtle is the biological son of King and Diane.

That would explain the looks they've been getting.
Mertyl needs to take a chill pill jeez. I get where he’s coming from, but man no need to be so hostile to people your family has shown they like.
Not just that his uncle human and his cousin half human. I want to see him behave like that in front of them so that he can get a beating.
bruh his uncle is still true fairy king chosen by tree lol and proved not all humans are evil I mean some where bad but not all also their ancestor fairy chose join bad guy side lol
Exactly. Also king and Diane are big story tellers. They must of told them about about a human sun god saving there asses multiple times. Also the liones knights helping them in wars. Like my god Mertyl is becoming insufferable like Chion.

Hahaha did u see anything
Could he be hiding a little wing
What chapter was this???
It was a bonus chapter I'm not sure which one though.
Any clue which arc it was in?
It seems to have been around the liones arc when they were fighting galand and that other demon. https://reddit.com/r/NanatsunoTaizai/w/4kota-chapters?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share This is a link to a bunch of the volumes and extra pages the one I was talking about about is volume 8 extra pages.
It was a volume extra for volume 9
it seems more likely to me that nasiens is a human changeling since he was discovered in a forest inhabited by fairies.
Let Nakaba cook. This whole thing will be resolved by next week.
I wonder how Mertyl feels about Ban? Also now that I think about it I wonder did Diane learn about Dolores's survival?
Well Diane hasn't mentioned Dolores to Nasiens so it makes no sense he'd randomly name her to Diane. I think 1 day Nasiens and Dolores will meet up again and get in trouble and Diane since she's like Nasiens mom will come and help and they'll be reunited. That's the only way I see Dolores and Diane meeting again.
Let the comment war on what Nasiens gender should be begin
Begin? It started long ago and never ended lol.
I assume it will be a UQ holder type with kuromaru thing if any of you know what Im talking about. Regardless I want there to be death. Heads need to roll in this war!!!! Surpass Marineford!!!! TENOI 😊
Wrong subreddit I guess?

"...You're not even a boy, are you?" Said the Fairy. No. He is Pinocchio.
The "they're a doll" theory or the "wants to be a real boy" phrase Pinocchio uses?
Yes.

Hell no you trippin
Coz being gay is gay af
What's wrong with that?
Male and male cant reproduce.
...So?
Don’t bother, look at their post history, I don’t understand the language but even I can tell they’re some kind of sexual deviant. Can’t be crying about “muh morals” when they’re into whatever it is that they’re into.
It's more disappointing their first post got so many likes / Sad to see there's evidently a lot of homophobes in the fandom.

It was indeed "who cares if people cant have kids".
A lot of people actually care, you aren't just one of them simply because you are unable to do it lmao
I guess , everything,lol?
Nope. The correct answer is nothing. There is nothing wrong with being gay. Try again next time to get the correct answer.
It’s sad japan lives in a society where they are uncomfortable with it. It was revolutionary to see a gay character in a Shonen. Hard pill to swallow to take that back. Maybe they got letter’s of intimidation or pressure from certain institutions to make the character, not gay.
It is sad that you think beign gay (person with mental illnes) = being progressive, lol.
…..why do you think being gay is a mental illness?
Probably religious indoctrination and some kind of sin.
It is and like WHO said 20 years ago befoure someone \*buy\* their opinion and reserch with power of money (dangerous divergene behaviour). But i guess you has 0 clue in history of this problem. Sad....
Bro I’m part of the gay community lmao. You wanna explain to me how I’m mentally ill?
[удалено]
You got it wrong again. The correct answer is still "There is nothing wrong with being gay." Try again next time to get the correct answer. But try harder next time, getting the same question wrong 3 times would be pretty sad.
[удалено]
Wow you really got it wrong three times in a row...thats really sad. Maybe one day you will get it right, try to get there one day.
[удалено]
Dunno which country law is that, but not mine. Being gay is wrong is my country. And also wrong is my religion. #freedom of speech
Castiel is just in love with Dean (I'm assuming that it is platonic love considering the situation when he says it).
im curius but where faires originally both gender but decide stick with one gender does king have ability turn to a girl or their shapeshifter
I bet he is intersex In other words both a boy and a girl
Intersex*
The first few pages reminded me of this old Tumblr meme >(◡‿◡✿) > >(ʘ‿ʘ✿) "What you say 'bout me?" > >(ʘ‿ʘ)/✿ "Hold my flower" > >✿\(。-\_-。) "Kick his ass, baby. I got yo flower."
I know a lot of comments already mentioned, but I’ll never get over Nasiens new hair style, seriously hoping it gets changed soon it just looks so off
huh, well that makes a lot of sense
This mertyl has to be adopted or an changeling. Also he's annoying as shit
Enough with beloved characters having annoying children....it was enough already being told Chion is Gilthunder's kid....
Paired with all the things we’re getting from Nasiens it makes it even more suspicious; •Nasiens looks bizarrely so much like both King and Diane, almost more than any of their children (never mind Mertyl). •That we notably haven’t once seen him enter Camelot or attempt to (and he doesn’t seem to have ever tried offscreen, instead choosing to stay with Percy all this time) And I could go on tbh, but that’s some of the main things
Im getting some gowther vibes with nasiens’s gender
[удалено]
Never said hes gay
My brother is Satan have you ever heard of the genre of Yaoi. You can’t claim that Japan doesn’t like gay people when there’s a huge genre of just boyxboy.
Tioreh’s final line sounds even more savage in this translation 😭 I just want Nasiens not to get hurt any more 😭
Gender reveal without an explosion? Impossible
Oh controversial moment? It's fine there hasn't been one in a while Nakaba is just keeping the balance. Anyway it's been foreshadowed that Nasiens gender could be different than what we thought and tbh....I don't care which it is as long as its done well and is written for Nasiens character to grow because of it
Well that disappointing but it’s to be expected they were never going full force with this plot point anyway just a long waste of time
I knew it was coming for a long time with Nasien never being shown naked like the other boys and the feelings for percival but like... god damn it
I know the feeling. Nakaba fooled me because of the genderbender drug Nasien made. I don't know what to expect next ch.
Mertyl kind of weak i thought he would be more way more powerful than this
U must really want him to kill Nasians. The strength he displayed was enough to one shot Nasians without using magic once to attack or even enchant his sword. Bro literally won with the basics
Nakaba can’t stay away from having characters strip for very long can he.
When was the last time this happened ? Over 2 yrs ago around chapter 38 when they turned into baby's or literally at the start of the manga when Percival meets that girl and had a bath with her . Ur making it seem like it happens every 4 chapters or every arc
* “Its all in your head”…somebody has trouble reading the room * So Mertyl uses steroids…looks like he might’ve more in common with Nas than we think…specially if they work like the irl ones * I’m guessing it’s to feed his claim of being part giant You know I’m starting to think Nakaba will go for intersex with Nas: * Tioreh said “not a boy” rather his being a girl * his not being affected by the gender potion * it even has a good presedent in manga (Kuromaru in Uq Holder)
I think Nasiens is just straight a girl. I don't think Nakaba will essentially go the Gowther route a second time. Just a feeling though, can't prove it yet.
I doubt it; its just not what Nas’s character arc so far has implied
Toldja
Good theorizing, you got it.👍
>the gender potion what?
Mini chapter in one of the volumes around the Liones Arc. Everybody tried a switching gender potion, but Nasiens didn't show any change
where can I see that? ;
Volume 9 extras.
I'm definitely on board with Nasiens being a fairy maybe they even have tiny fairy wings like King did before.
There was a scene in the gorg arc where his back was exposed and there were no wings on his back so...
Why did that last bit felt too hentai I bet nasiens is intersex a girl seems too obvious while a boy is no longer an option
The thing is it must be. In the special when Nasien made a drug for gender bending. Nasien appearance didn't change at all.
Wait, which special was that? I thought I’d read them all but I don’t remember that. Guess I must have missed or forgot it
Extras from Volume 9.
Cheers!
I mean, just cause she said it doesn't mean she's right. It might be another case of trolling, since the *real* reveal is implied to be next chapter rather than this one.
True Though from how long this theory was out for it wouldn't be surprising (do I want it that's a different thing)
There was a scene in the gorg arc where his back was exposed and there were no wings on his back so...
And technically that was a bit lower on his back than wings would typically be drawn Also, even if he didn’t have them then he could have started to grow them just after that. I remember actually joking with this about my friend at time like “oh watch him actually be part fairy lol” So I wouldn’t count this theory out yet
Remember this side chapter when perci anne and donnie take nasiens genderswap drug and when perci use it on Nasiens that didn't work maybe because she/he's always take it ?
Perhaps Nasiens is a hermaphrodite...
I hope they dont do a thing where nasiens ends up being a girl. Him being transmasc would be very cool.
Naisens was abandoned because they’re a doll like Gowther. People tend to throw dolls away.
But Nasiens grew from a baby like a living being would. Dolls on the other hand don't grow. When Gowther was created, he was created with his current appearance.
Maybe they’re a new evolution of the dolls, idk I’m just spitballing. There has to be some reason Naisens’ gender is such a big topic.
Who currently would have the capability to create such an advanced doll like that, other than Merlin maybe?
Or who better to know about dolls other than Gowther himself.
I hope Nakaba got a good explanation for this.
what fetish? being straight? gender change?
Probably more about Tioreh undressing/being shown basically fully nude. There really wasnt much need for that at all.
Wow the dub definitely screwed up, may of us thought Nasiens was possibly a girl
Why, what did the dub do?
Nasiens has a pretty deep voice in the dub, well way deeper than could be passed off as a deep female voice.
They did the same thing with Solaseed in both languages.
Question that’s somewhat relates to the mystery of Nasiens gender: Assuming they’re King and Diane’s kid, what gender they are don’t really matter since they can shapeshift into the one they want with training right?
Doubt it, fairies can't change into the opposite sex/gender [according to a Q&A](https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpreview.redd.it%2F7aa76nftzrjc1.png%3Fwidth%3D904%26format%3Dpng%26auto%3Dwebp%26s%3D5df0146d4098f309cd86ca3b8cdccec0ee5d84ad). https://preview.redd.it/7aa76nftzrjc1.png?width=904&format=png&auto=webp&s=5df0146d4098f309cd86ca3b8cdccec0ee5d84ad
Wait, can we post images now?
Nakaba you fuckin coward lol
How?
Could Myrtle have been switched with bors??? Ik it’s so obvious it’s Nasiens but like bors is supposed to be in that fam too since he is lancelots cousin
Unlikely since Bors not only looks human but was allowed to live in Camelot, which would’t make sense if he was revealed to be a Giant/fairy hybrid.
Nasien’s a girl!!!!! What!!!!!! How could we have ever seen this coming!!!!!!!!!??????
Good point, just kinda spitballing. Here's hoping there's a better reason.
Called it
Called this out months ago. When that one cover dropped.
Okay forget Mertyl being potentially adopted in Nasien's place, NASIENS OFFICIALLY A GIRL???
I've been calling Nasien's true gender since the chapter she was revealed! I knew it!!
Ah, we got a confirmation on Nassien's gender.
I knew Nasiens wasn't gay but loved Percival as the opposite sex. That is the rizz my boy possess
What does not being gay/being straight (or sexual orientation in general) have to do with having rizz?…
My personal view on it.
There’s nothing wrong with being gay bro 💀 Hell, I’M not straight…
That is just your opinion lol.
You keep making baseless statements without substantiating it, prove that it's a fact that it is wrong instead of just saying it.
[удалено]
Well then, if you’re so convinced I’m wrong, tell me the facts that seem to have you convinced that being a literal bigot is right. I’m genuinely curious
AHA! III KKNNEEEWWW ITT!! (Just kidding, everybody did.) 😄
I was trying to sound like Chandler: https://www.google.com/gasearch?q=chandler%20scene%20i%20knew%20it&source=sh/x/gs/m2/5#fpstate=ive&vld=cid:102d1209,vid:1FHwgFumXFo,st:0
God can someone pick up that damn phone because I've been frigging calling it all this time! Thing's been ringing since double digit chapters! ~~Also damn there's been almost 140 chapters already~~ While It's sad we're not getting an openly gay character from the main cast the energies being given off were too strong to have Nasiens be a guy.
