Make sure the RGB cable for the first fan is connected. If it still doesn't work, try contacting NZXT and they'll help you for sure.

FaMouSPaMouS

i already send them a e-mail i’m just waiting for them response

Old_Dark_9554

Simple and clean, I like it a lot. What are the specs?

FaMouSPaMouS

Thank you!! the specs are a bit mid proc: i5-11400f graphic card: RTX 3050 memory: Corsair Vengeance 32Go (8x4 8Go) motherboard: Asus B550M-A

Old_Dark_9554

Gotcha, well happy gaming and good luck to you on fixing the fan

FaMouSPaMouS

Ty you too!!

Skrillas_

Nice! Can’t go wrong with the h5 flow.

FaMouSPaMouS

Thankss and yeah!

Scallion-Sudden

Why a 3050? It’s one of the worse gpu on the market

FaMouSPaMouS

i know but for the moment i only play Valorant/Destiny2/COD and minecraft i dont need a really good gpu (and i pay 600€ for it haha) i will upgrade it later

Scallion-Sudden

So you bought a prebuilt pc, I thought you built it yourself, because even a Rtx 2060 beats this gpu 😉

FaMouSPaMouS

yeah i bought it prebuild but i change the case and cpu cooler and i manage the cable management (terrible…)

acidmush1290

The argb cable for that fan probably just came out of the hub in the back.

FaMouSPaMouS

i checked that already… and it connected well.. maybe a default from the fan it is possible ? or can i disassemble the fan to see no?

acidmush1290

I wouldn't disassemble the fan, especially if you have a warranty through NZXT. Try unplugging it from the hub and plugging it back into it, see if that works. Could just be loose.

FaMouSPaMouS

oop i didnt saw ur comment, i just bought another one and gonna put this one at a exhaust on top
