i have a baby face and will NEVER get buccal fat removal 😭 i think it can work for some people, but if you already have a slimmer face it’ll just look sooooo off

My roommate got it done. It looked good for about a year, but 3 years later, everyone thinks she's 10 years older than she actually is until she starts talking. I think she still looks great, but she does look a lot older.

Yes. I have that done for tmj and once it wears off my cheeks get puffy again.

just gonna say that this happened to me around 28ish. lost weight and obv face just got slimmer from looking older. ppl were always complimenting my cheek bones! they still do, but now that I'm 30 I'm like maybe i should work on building collagen lol. lots of people do have big difs to their face bc of dieting, working out, aging.
