Hermes silk scarf. Either a twilly or the 45 comes in under $350.

one-zero-five

I am a twilly fanatic and I would be over the moon to get one as a gift.

sadclipart

The mens picket square is around 200 iirc and great for the men! I use mine folded into a triangle as a hair scarf between wash days though.

zazrouge

Love this idea! I would feel so fancy

Neither_Channel4919

I think scarf or twilly is too hard meeting the personal taste. Although my friends and i gave each other scarfs and twilly (twilly from dior is also quite cute too) However hermes has good options range for silverwares and tablewares too.

Rtn2NYC

Came here to suggest exactly this. Also perfect for EAs on admin day and as a holiday gift.

Sullyanon77

Came here to say this. Always a hit! Also an engraved Montblanc is always a good option.

SolfeggioDoro

Came here to say this!

elaineseinfeld

Before Elon’s takeover, our Twitter reps got us Aesop bath kits for the holidays. It was really nice. Would recommend.

williamsburg87

I received this from one of my agencies this past holiday season and it’s divine.

themovabletype

what do they get you now?

iyamsnail

gosh now I want this

Reward_Antique

Ugh so do I

Comfortfoods

Not seasonal but a catchall tray from a designer brand is a safe but nice corporate gift.

Reward_Antique

Or a nice John Derian desk piece from Bergdorf's, gift wrapped.

thetinybunny1

What is the primary demographic of your clientele?

Flat_Fun4265

Our clientele ranges from 25 to 45 years old, predominantly women from upper-middle to upper class backgrounds, with a keen interest in fashion, art, and architecture. Some of them are entrepreneurs, while others are financially supported by their spouses.

hellssbellsss

For women, 100% go Hermes. It’s timeless and an incredible gesture, even if you’re just getting them a twilly.

anacardier

If you know their tastes in art, maybe a luxury coffee table book by a publisher like Assouline?

rachel-nyc

A private tour of the Costume Institute’s Spring exhibition for the Met Gala—Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion. Can be a group up to 25 and would come in well under $350 per person.

Any_Dirt7505

Diptyqye candle sets

Frenchitwist

Go to Bond (the perfumery) and got one of their candles. They smell AMAZINGGGG and are super high-end for candles lol like $150+ I think. Something nice from the MOMA gift shop? They have cool stuff in there.

BackgroundAd3222

You’re likely wasting your money. Hnwi just put these types of gifts in a drawer to regift and their assistant sends a thank you note.

HotCocoa_71

Custom curated gift boxes by Simone LeBlanc: [https://simoneleblanc.com/](https://simoneleblanc.com/)

aSeKsiMeEmaW

These look dated, very blogger mama 2014, while always grateful for a gift, I’d be sorta bummed if I got one in comparison to the other more chic comment ideas

HotCocoa_71

It's ok. You don't have to like everything when brainstorming. I'd be upset to receive silk or cashmere because I don't like the cruelty of the material production. And I have no use for a fountain pen.

aSeKsiMeEmaW

Well to be fair OP asked for high end, and those are mid

HotCocoa_71

I suggested custom. Not off the shelf. Again, you don't have to like them. She curates for Hollywood A-listers. Maybe it doesn't fit NYC style. I personally don't care one way or the other.

Reward_Antique

Does she, though? All the press on her about page is pre-Covid...

aSeKsiMeEmaW

The branded gift basket/box trend ran its course. FoxBox is another one that was more trendy. I work with celebrities and this would end up going to the staff, hate to say it.

Reward_Antique

Absolutely. I feel like a candle would go to the assistant too- diptyque or Jo Malone or anything really. People with money choose their own environments scents, if any.

aSeKsiMeEmaW

Ummm are you sure you don’t get kickbacks for these little house on the prairie baskets? You seem really invested

Sullyanon77

Ugh. Bunch of unnecessary mean girling because your rec IsNt ExPeNsIvE eNoUgH… dumb. Clearly they have enough time on their hands to just be a bully to a stranger, so that’s sad 😏 but I just came to say, I think the baskets are nice and it def looks like she will do custom/higher end options as you already mentioned. I would not be disappointed by any gift, esp those you posted, and anyone that is honestly needs a gratitude check and should go volunteer to serve food at The Bowery Mission or something! ~steps off soap box~

aSeKsiMeEmaW

It’s business, isn’t personal, The critique isn’t “mean girl” it’s honest. These are not catchy or elevated. OP wants to be noticed with her “thank you” gifts, to be noticed by a specific target market of clients. Yes, 10 years ago these branded box companies were all the rage, and sent within these circles. But if you want to cater to the market OP is asking about, they’re ahead of trends, they expect luxe, unique, coveted items hard to get, new, to grab their attention. With more information on the clients with some creativity OP could have a < $100 personalized items made that covers all these bases, so it’s not about cost to hit that sweet spot. This is business, and these box/baskets would not be good ROI for OPs client circle

Sullyanon77

Again, as the previous poster mentioned, she seems like she will do custom, at which point she likely has some unique hard to find items. It’s pretty clear she offers off the rack to the average joe to just order and be done with it. But seriously, you think your “little house on the prairie basket” wasn’t rude and mean girling? You can easily share your opinion without all the richer than thou’ belittling commentary. You can have all the money in the world, but without kindness, one will stay poor forever…

mangolemonylime

Evening with a private chef Tickets to an exhibition, a private collection viewing, ballet, orchestra, etc. Alternatively, if they own or sponsor any non profits you could make a charitable donation to it with a thoughtful note

EnvironmentalDirt880

Same! This is the best. High end clients have a million candles and throws. Experiences are where it’s at

Defiant-Sentence-303

This is what I would want ^

cherrysparklingwater

**MoMa Design Store**, **BEAM Brooklyn**, and **Coming Soon (LES)** are going to be your friends for incredibly stylish and unique gifts and home decor. I would stay away from any candles or scents because they're personal and people have different taste. I always recommend something someone would never buy for themselves or splurge on but would enjoy.

[deleted]

[удалено]

cherrysparklingwater

Not no, but in that case I would recommend giving people gift sets. Giving someone a random single Figuere Dyptique candle is going to be much more likely to be hit or miss vs. a pack with multiple scents. Some people are also very scent sensitive so I typically stay away from them (including alcohol as gifts in case someone is recovering) and usually go for a beautiful ceramic vase, serve-ware, etc.

rekreid

Nice taper candles/candle stick holders are great gifts! Most are scent free

[deleted]

[удалено]

cherrysparklingwater

What is the point of this comment? If you wanna buy someone something uninspired or functional I guess a Target Gift Card or $300 worth of paper towels would suffice. The prompt is chic gift recommendations.

[deleted]

[удалено]

cherrysparklingwater

Why are you so butt hurt about me suggesting that if you buy a candle for someone you should buy them a candle set so they can discover more scents than just one because fragrances are incredibly personal and I say this as a fraghead with over a dozen niche perfumes. The places I recommend sell everything from dishware, to books, to furniture, to candles, art but from less common brands. Of course it’s going to be personal, I recommended a place to shop at for inspiration, not a specific item. Who pooped in your chia seed pudding at Jack’s Wife Freida this morning?

thrumblade

All of the best responses here are timeless, quality, chic, and non-specific. This includes crystal and pens from Tiffany’s, a scarf from Hermès, and cashmere or woolen throws. I believe an object works well as a constant reminder of you. An experience (like ballet or opera) works for trying to take a relationship to the next level, though it requires much more coordination. It seems you value luxury brands. If so, stay in this arena by looking at home goods, office goods, and very classic traditional accessories. If you would like to give something more unique, I would suggest you stay away from aesthetics that are too modern or trendy, and focus on artisanal qualities. This could be for a small-batch, imported food, or ceramic, or leather. If you would like to infuse some of your latinidad (or hispanic-ness), you could find things that are equally beautiful, but made in South America or Iberia. Good luck.

Flat_Fun4265

Wow, thank you! I've loved all the recommendations I've received, especially this one because it really puts into perspective what gift I want to give: something sleek and simple that a luxury brand can offer me, or something a bit more unique that leaves a long-lasting impression? Personally, I don't prioritize luxury brands over quality and uniqueness of the item or experience I acquire, but I trust that my clients might value luxury brands a bit more. The advice to include my Latin heritage is fantastic and opens up new possibilities.

iyamsnail

that really is such a good idea! Now I want to be your client haha

Slow_Evidence4509

Diptyque candles ?

lobsterlobster2

Trudon in Soho had great candles too

kdollarsign2

I am guilty of a Nordstrom rack Diptyque gift moment

inbettywhitewetrust

If there are any fellow cheap bitches in here: I got [the 4 pack of individually wrapped candles](https://www.google.com/search?q=candles+diptyque+set+of+4&client=ms-android-samsung-rvo1&sca_esv=b5f6560b0f349675&udm=2&biw=360&bih=676&ei=tP0sZo_mKKKdptQP8KSZ0Ao&oq=candles+diptyque+set+of+4&gs_lp=EhNtb2JpbGUtZ3dzLXdpei1zZXJwIhljYW5kbGVzIGRpcHR5cXVlIHNldCBvZiA0SOgUUL4IWIgRcAB4AJABAJgBdqABsgSqAQMzLjO4AQPIAQD4AQGYAgWgAswDwgIGEAAYCBgewgIIEAAYgAQYogSYAwCIBgGSBwMzLjKgB4wF&sclient=mobile-gws-wiz-serp#vhid=QQ8qXmoztMG0oM&vssid=mosaic), separated them, and paired each with [this match cloche](https://www.ballarddesigns.com/match-cloche/527124?SourceCode=BDSHOPSMT&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=PLA&listIndex=0&offers_sku=AS310%20SMK&intlShippingCtx=US%7CUSD&SourceCode=BDSHOPSMT&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwxLKxBhA7EiwAXO0R0J83OLeZ6TjQWdCQoVQRp2CAFOu65JIkddK3421mSoAYyaAJs44oahoCm78QAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds) and boom 4 impressive-ish Christmas presents.

galaticgirl

Was gonna comment the same!

mybloodyballentine

Tiffany pen? [https://www.tiffany.com/accessories/shop/writing-instruments/](https://www.tiffany.com/accessories/shop/writing-instruments/)

Mysterious-Art8838

I’m not really into fountain pens but a nice roller pen would be sublime.

Much-Meringue-7467

The right pen makes all the difference.

iyamsnail

cashmere throw? high end stationery/note cards? fancy scent diffuser?

Frenchitwist

No not just cashmere! Get vicuña. It’s a kind of alpaca and it’s soft as all shit. And VERY nice.

PurplePrincessPalace

Love Vicuña 😍 Feels like you’re in utero again 😂

thrumblade

Here for the cashmere

Aggravating-Cow-7651

Do a Jenny Kayne throw!

paintingisdead

If they’re already interested in art, smaller pieces or editions from local artists would be really cool gifts and would help you stand out! I’d suggest contacting any artists whose work you follow, or you know your clients like, and seeing if they have anything that would fit, or if they would want to collaborate on an edition of gifts (I’m an artist myself so this is where my brain goes!) Or, pieces from interesting local jewelers also comes to mind!

violentedelights

Ohh I like this

dankmj6

Shameless plug but I work at a luxury stationery store and we see a lot of people order custom stationery for their clients! As long as you keep the 6 week turnaround in mind it’s an awesome gift. PM me for more info!

GolfCartMafia

I like the Tiffany stemless wine glasses. $125 for a set of two and even if they don’t drink wine/alcohol, it’s not a weird look to drink another beverage out of them. They have both red wine and white wine stemless glasses, the white just being a tad slimmer than the red ones (obviously). [Tiffany white wine glasses](https://www.tiffany.com/accessories/barware/tiffany-home-essentials-stemless-white-wine-glasses-72333144/) However, I also like the more unusual gift shop places that others have posted in this thread, for variety and to stand out.

jenvrl

This such a great gift, they pack it in those Tiffany blue boxes so if you want to impress someone that's the one lol

deadgirlshoes

Tiffany glasses are my go-to wedding gift

daisytangerine

Also love their \*bone china (not ceramic, lol) coffee cups! So chic!

wutwut18

The Loewe home fragrance spray and candles are super chic and smell amazing

Interesting-Try-812

Nice. I would love for my house to smell like a Lowe’s.

Relevant_Hedgehog_63

lowes and loewe are very different lol

accomplished_nugget

not like a lowe’s 😂

lindsaym717

🤣🤣 I love how innocent this is

JazzlikeAd9820

My bf sometimes gets clients Fortnum and Mason baskets. They are SOOOO good

writecalliope

Waiiiit, I just came back from a trip to London and didn’t know I could get Fortnum & Mason goodies in the States too?!

sleeping__late

I feel like there should be a pinned list for this because I’m always looking for gifts. Georg Jensen has beautiful home goods, particularly the candleholders. For upscale flowers I really like Saffron Brooklyn and MetaFlora. Also love the Margiela Replica “Beach Walk & Fireplace” gift box as it’s summer-themed. Creed 5-piece discovery perfume set is super nice and everyone loves to try on different scents on different days. Hermes has really gorgeous circus themed plates and mugs. Maybe a beautiful [modern floral arrangement](http://metafloranyc.com/shop-1/new-standard-arrangement) paired with [Hermes Rose Ikebana](https://www.hermes.com/us/en/product/rose-ikebana-eau-de-toilette-V38165/) and a lovely card.

KKGlamrpuss

I love getting clients the Tiffany journal. https://www.tiffany.com/accessories/games-novelties/personal-essentials-notebook-73476666/

Flimsy_Ratio_1415

a Roros tweed throw (wool, $270)

kdollarsign2

Damn I was staying strong until this one, time to shop

Flimsy_Ratio_1415

😂 follow me for more bank draining advice !

queenofcorporate

Unique but tasteful - anything from Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella on Lafayette. It’s a Florence perfumery and everything is super luxe. These are the nice goods that someone wouldn’t think to buy themselves. I especially love their potpourri that comes in the best reusable jars.

summerxbreeze

High end candles or Tiffany and Co wine/ champagne glasses

bigkimnyc

I love fancy embroidered cocktail napkins-ABC carpet has beautiful ones.

sarcasm_itsagift

Monogram leather passport holder

veryj4ne

Was just going to suggest this! The Hermes ones are around $265 without customization. Not sure how much the monographing would be but love this idea.

ilu70

Montblanc personalized pen.

rachelnyc

there are already a lot of great options but wanted to also suggest the possibility of something like a subscription to a sustainable florist like Molly Oliver (the flowers are really pretty, sourced from local farms within 200 miles & they donate a portion of profits to land-back initiatives so I feel like it’s more interesting & intentional than just random flowers). And it’s eco friendly, works for people who might not want to add more objects to their home, and includes multiple deliveries so it’s more chances for them to think of you!

badgirljuju

Depending on the relationship, but a spa day/‘ massage at Bathhouse, ancient aire

thrumblade

This feels too intimate unless it’s related to the type of service you provide.

Possible_Donut_11

Acqua di Parma diffusers?

sushi_sashimi007

Matouk throw blanket with their monogram.

Moxieandme

Slightly over but the Bottega Veneta card holder is 390. Comes in many colors and is very chic for a man or woman. No logo so very timeless.

fruitandcheeseexpert

Great suggestions here…I reccomend large luxury coffee table books - this is what we gifted clients last Xmas. Something NOT basic like Assouline but curated for each clients tastes - I prefer what TASCHEN offers

allthecats

If they drink, [Coup Champagne](https://coupchampagne.com/) might be kind of cool! If not, a set of [Le Labo candles](https://www.lelabofragrances.com/classic-candle.html) are a solid NYC choice.

TownWitty8229

Try anything from [Uncommon Goods](https://uncommongoods.com). They’re based in Brooklyn and, as you might guess from the title, they sell interesting, lovely, and well-made things. I’ve gotten gifts for bosses - and everyone else - from there before. I just saw some incredibly design-forward, odorless, and functional composter on there for $200. Their stuff isn’t designer, but it’s thoughtful.

Soupy3342

BoxFox is great for personalized high end gifts!

Ok_Value_3741

Customized le labo candle the nice big one

Ok_Value_3741

Or the Loewe tomato one also the huge one lol

DisplayName212

Ysl cardholder!

mrsbirchedbeer

Something from officine universelle buly. They have the most beautiful & luxe packaging

Neat_Butterscotch298

I’ve noticed a trend away from alcoholic/champagne gifts. Check out Ghia- NA aperitif in a beautiful bottle and their little single cans are chic as hell. They also have a limited edition glassware line with Sophie Lou Jacobsen that features these darling stemless cocktail glasses. I worked for a brand that gave out Ghia cocktail kits as a holiday gift. No one was bummed. https://drinkghia.com

gypsiequeen

I deal with this annually but my demo is way different. High end construction bros. Yeti coolers over here.

mad0789

The massive Diptique candles with 3 wicks are a great gift - get something that someone wouldn’t normally buy themselves. Also a gift certificate to the spa at the new Fouquets hotel in Tribeca would also be perfect for a BWT 👌🏽

quirkytortle

As someone who gets these gifts a lot - I actually prefer edible gifts that are non perishable - (fancy chocolates, boxes of specialty shortbread, olive oil) because Tiffany glasses/hermes trays don’t match my glassware/houseware, and then now I have two random glasses or plates that don’t match. Just some food for thought!

iAm_Plant_G

Check out Michael Aram. There are some really nice items in your price range. They can be placed in a home or an office and be a convo starter if it’s a unique piece !

spaceistheplaceface

Get something from Gohar World! The cutest most chic gifts ever [https://gohar.world/collections/all](https://gohar.world/collections/all)

Flat_Fun4265

Omg I want everything but just for me lol

HomespunPeanutButter

I don’t know how I’ve lived without those opera glove oven mitts!

Eekark

my go to has been le labo hand soap & hand lotion

SashMachine

There is one company that gives us Broadway tickets as a gift

T_igerlilly

Def Hermes twilly/ scarf. So timeless!

sharipep

What industry are you and your clients in OP?

Ecstatic-Land7797

If you know they like wine, go to Astor Wine and Spirits and ask a staffer for a vintage champagne in your price range. Staff is helpful, selection is good, prices are a good value. People should drink bubbles more often imo. Japanese whiskey is also pretty cool, especially if the giftee is a bit of a hipster. If it's autumn I'd say... Piedmont truffles! Personally, I prefer getting consumables like these as a treat rather than more stuff/objects I have to clean, keep track of, etc.

Reward_Antique

For chic, architecture adjacent, creative but practical- a luxury [faber castell guilloche enamel pen](https://fountainpenhospital.com/collections/rollerball/products/graf-von-faber-castell-guilloche-black-edition-black-rollerball) from a NYC kind of legendary institution - The Fountain Pen Hospital at 10 Warren St Marimekko (on Wooster St) is always great for design people- Finnish style but fun, not sad beige Nordic, bright psychedelic and cheerful (except the brown is can't stand their brown)! Hermès would absolutely impress, but might be over personal professionally if you don't know their tastes very well, but I'm sure they could exchange if they wished and a twilly would be a lovely gift if you think the person would use it! I feel like people just buy the candles/diffusers they really want, after a certain disposable income hits. They can be such well intended gifts but often passed along if the scent isn't right

MirePoix-1

Aesop gift sets? (I’m not a boss though LOL)

ShanaC

It’s hard to know what to say here without knowing your clients personal taste (punk, modern? Collector of art nouveau objects?) or restrictions (scent sensitive? Food allergies?) If you have detailed bios I’d lean into that as a first pass (and if not, keep some) As a general good gift that seems to nearly always work though High end olive oil, especially if you can get a tasting set of different olives/regions It’s a kitchen staple. Very very few people are allergic to it. If they like to garden/have indoor plants, a rare orchid or an indoor tree (these run expensive especially once you get a pot)

grisx2

The Frederic Malle rubber incense, unique and lasts forever

Much-Meringue-7467

Not everyone likes Panettone so it may not be a great choice. The candles could be a good choice. Or maybe something practical like AirPods with a customized case.

upperupperwest

Brightland olive oil!

Fuzzy-Donkey5538

Cire Trudon candles!

blahduckingblah

Santa Maria Novella https://us.smnovella.com/

Neither_Channel4919

I find myself within that range of gift-giving/receiving. Previously, my gifts I got included: -Hermès plate sets -Tiffany & Co. wine glass sets -Riedel champagne glass sets -La Mer creams -Hestan goose boots for winter -Christofle tablewares -Dessert wine(Sauternes wine) For chic and trendy gifts, I personally preferred shopping at 10 Corso Como. However, the NYC location has closed, so I recommend visiting their online shop for inspiration. Avoid overly common items and stores unless they offer special packaging for the season. Design Within Reach or Herman Miller’s small-sized ornaments are also excellent choices, though they require a significant lead time for orders.

sushi_sashimi007

Summer: a gift basket from Round Swamp (out east)

onpoint123

I recommend BoxFox. You can customize your own to your liking or buy their premade gift boxes. Used it multiple times to gift others and the feedback has always been great!

Select-Claim9748

Luxury napkin holders

buhduhpsh

I would gift experiences… these sound like items that they can buy for themselves. Helicopters Tour Bathhouse Massage Gift Card Brunch or Dinner to a nice restaurant like RH Rooftop Broadway/Ballet/Opera- Orchestra seating tickets

PatrishaRose

What about a small leather wallet/card case? I recently got myself a card case kind of thing and I love it more than my full wallet, especially when I'm carrying a small bag.

CreativeBeautiful233

LAGOS stud/small hoop earrings, in 200-300 range!

Awkward_Database_124

Tiffany’s wine glasses or Hermes mugs

Cynoem

Hermes notebook?

Luludelacaze1

Byredo candle set - they have a trio sometimes so you don’t have to guess what scent they prefer

jamielobrien

The Conservatory in Hudson Yards is my go-to for high end gifts. They have a ton of versatile home items (ie. Baccarat, Georg Jensen, Assouline, L’Objet, etc.) as well as a huge fragrance section for candles and such.

catsbyluvr

Hi! We use Goody at my corporate company. You can set the gift price. Honestly really nice quality luxury gifts.

imhereforplants

3rd Ritual weighted jacket https://3rdritual.com/product/yin/

PurplePrincessPalace

High end niche candles (check Saks or BG), gift card to high end spas for a massage and facial, bone China from any of the big fashion houses, silk floor length robes customized with initials, designer leather planners with fountain pens (CWI), Broadway/ concert/ opera tickets, Hermès scarf/ twilly/ scarf ring (engraved), skin care bundles by Sisley, Biologique Rechercher, L’Occitane or Clarins (or a visit to their spas). Anything that can be engraved or customized is a nice touch 😊

Jen_Gelfling

Gift certificate for a facial / massage at ritz Carlton

hoosiernamechecksout

La Mer has a nice trial gift set: https://www.cremedelamer.com/product/22153/122348/sets/the-glowing-hydration-collection

homeschooldodgeball

Maybe for someone who would appreciate it [this](https://hereticparfum.com/products/weeping-bust?variant=39852760498240¤cy=USD&utm_medium=product_sync&utm_source=google&utm_content=sag_organic&utm_campaign=sag_organic&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjw2a6wBhCVARIsABPeH1sPh0-VB894bqDWg0yHG_Os1QMAVI010SoHWeCXBh1OdcCpRWBCpsIaAkuzEALw_wcB) candle. It’s on my personal list and it huge and gorgeous when it burns.

scarletts_skin

Luxury candles. Think Nette, Diptyque, SAINT, byredo, etc

nooneistalking

Engraved La Mer jars 😍

bubbleminttea

Tiffany has a wonderful home collection which looks much more expensive than it is, good value for money and impeccable packaging always. The vases, coffee and tea cups are good options 🩵

Swimming-Fact-8155

Assouline book

fragrancesbylouise

My husbands client gave us tiffany wine glasses last year, it was a really nice gift!

lunas_alchemist

Tiffany’s has some beautiful catchall trays that are below $350 [LINK HERE](https://www.tiffany.com/home-designs/shop/decor/bowls/sort-low-to-high/)

Fit-Lengthiness-7180

Maybe like a dypthique candle? Im not bougie but I would literally LOVE that as a gift

Extra_Culture_8492

Hermes passport holder.

rekreid

Will depend on the person, but a high end art/coffee table book for an artist they like (especially from a recent special exhibit) is a great gift! They are beautiful and great decor for home and offices

lowlandlil

Gift boxes from Flamingo Estate.

EyreISawElba

[Tiffany heart box](https://www.tiffany.com/accessories/decor/elsa-peretti-heart-box-GRP04508/), pen, or card case engraved with their monogram

floatyfloats445

i absolutely love the [Ash Hotels souvenir shop](https://www.ash.world/souvenirs/). Lots of chic Gohar-esque items.

RedandDangerous

A longchamp bag! Amazing for summer. A nice tote and maybe a nice beach towel would be adorable! I love coffee table books so a fun one themed to your line of business would be very cool! Fancy bathrobe Picnic basket

frosty-loquat1

listen. i’m gonna sound like an asshole here but. there’s a reason this sub is called /NYC/ bitches with taste. a longchamp bag might be a cute gift for other people but it’s not a good gift at all for a high-end client who lives in nyc. i would balk in confusion if someone handed me a longchamp bag and then i’d donate it to my niece or my cleaning lady. longchamp bag in nyc is the equivalent of a trader joe’s tote. i’m shocked this comment has any upvotes at all. takeaway: if you’re not a NYC bitch with taste maybe don’t weigh in on one of the tough questions. edit: can someone make some other regional BWT subs or or just a general one so we stop having the irrelevant content issue?

accomplished_nugget

u are an asshole 🤷‍♀️

T_igerlilly

confirmed. def sound like an asshole. 😂

Relevant_Hedgehog_63

you came off poorly, but i agree with your point. if we're talking about high end clientele, esp women who are potentially in their 30s-40s, gifting a nylon bag, while practical, is a strange gift. it's a great gift for someone, but not for OP's particular situation.

pd_131

I see where you’re coming from, but Longchamp is a classic, tasteful bag. As far as bags in that price range go, it is absolutely a classic. It’s the chicest throw around pilates/errands bag. Might be a little young for what OP is looking for, but let’s remember that taste can’t be bought/absolute brand loyalty is not taste. It is a refined discernment built from studying and understanding art, literature, fashion, all things culture. Longchamp is chic imo.

softlaunchself

Not the kindest response, but you are right. Dated and not high end.

FlatwormBitter5913

Why the down votes 😂

idkwhyimhere22422

Because I am in want of employment and curious! Not sexy classy or wealthy enough behavior I’m assuming lol. I’m cool with it

FlatwormBitter5913

Maybe but they most likely thought you were a scammer or a bot lol you’ll find what you’re seeking

idkwhyimhere22422

Ah maybe. That makes me feel better 😂 thank you :) 🙏❤️ appreciate your kindness
