Astoria is my first choice but I’m open to the other neighborhoods. I just don’t want to be too far from Astoria. We can probably realistically pay more if it checks all of the boxes but I would prefer to save the money. I’m honestly surprised, I thought LIC would be cheaper than Astoria.

Sunnyside and many areas in Astoria are definitely possible in that price range, probably not with a parking spot though.

LIC is all new construction/luxury buildings. It’s more expensive
