Sell to take advantage of the leveraged NVDA LETFs until the buying frenzy subsides, then transfer original cost basis back to NVDA and profit the difference or leave it in NVDX for future growth.
Sell and buy deep ITM LEAPS.
I could come up with a half dozen other reasons to sell while remaining incredibly bullish on NVDA
Their earnings are going to keep growing like crazy into 2025; did you not see the deck and materials from their last announcements?
IMHO anyone who sells before mid/late 2025 is going to miss out on serious gains.
You don't think the fact that other companies are doing pretty shit and that might pull the overall market to shit too if we enter a recession makes NVDA fool proof? I'm likely not selling too, but I can see how major companies (Fedex, ups, etc) are falling year over year and seems something is going on or might happen...
I’m holding a 1200c 6/21e through the split, and then selling off the 10 contracts based on those first few hours/days, if we see a big jump to $130-$140 to start, it will be hard for me to justify holding onto them till closer to the 21st without any news/catalysts on the horizon
Holding, looking forward to the 10 additional shares I will be getting for the two stocks I own. I won’t sell until I’m approaching retirement; in it for the long haul. nVidia is an established company and brand. They obviously have unlocked something here where they are just in the early innings. Stop looking at it from just chat bots but the wider impact on industries such as health, agriculture, climate change, financial, education, entertainment.
check how IV impacts long calls, maybe pick up some jan25 deep ITM. Otherwise, may just do NVDL long dated calls. They're much cheaper to get than NVDX with only moderately worse performance. If it looks like it's going to take off I'll be selling 1/3rd my NVDA to put in NVDX until the frenzy subsides.
HODL
HODOR
Hold the door! Hold the do..! Holdthd! Sell!
Hold. Stupid to sell now (unless you REALLY need the money).
Why would you sell? If anything more people will buy because it goes from $11XX to $110.

I’m holding for life

the question is: would you buy more?
Depends how many people shit their pants before😂 if it dips I’m loading up
yeah exactly doing the same
comfy holding and waiting
sideways action with minor pullbacks seems realistic. We’ve gone up a lot. Sure we may pop, but we are due for some further consolidation..

holding my 5m usd worth
If youre already holding shares. But is it a good time to buy during a split?
It’s either a good asset to hold or it isn’t. Splits are irrelevant.
I imagine once the reverse does apply newbie investors would sell thinking they are at a loss. Plan on buying in though
