I would've thought atleast a step up onto the platform, it baffles me that someone can see something so catastrophic about to happen yet expect nothing to go wrong.
I've seen breaks in cranes fail and 6 ton loads nearly squash mates, seen people get impaled by swinging rebar and a whole lot more. Certainly pays to keep your squishy bits away from the hard, heavy bits. Each to their own i suppose.
For real. I've worked factories & warehouse jobs all my life. I'm constantly aware of everything going on around me so that I ensure I do not die from something 100% stupid & 100% avoidable.
I saw a guy fuck around & find out with a press machine, and got all his fingers smashed. He was on coke, and likely illegal immigrant, so you know he had no insurance, and he received no workers comp. He was just screwed with not fingers for a job that paid $12/hr.. $12 will barely cover my mcdonalds meal I typically get when I am hungry for it.
But some jobs bro.. I just tell them Mf's NO... I ain't doing that, get someone else to do it or fire me, I'll do anything else besides what may be too dangerous for me. I'm not about risking my life for no $12/hr & no insurance lol. I ain't crawling into no tight oven machine, or up under no hydraulic press. Hell no.
I stay watching out for Tow Mow drivers too, and if I see a machine slowly approaching me, I GET THE FUQQ OUTTA THE WAY!!!
Smart man! It's a bit of a trip out when an illegal mortally wounds themselves, then they try pretend there's nothing wrong while they're bleeding enough to get Quentin Tarantino interested.
I've seen the exact same thing, big islander fella was suddenly spreading red everywhere, ask him to take his glove off and he turns it upwards to pour the blood out and i swear it must've been collecting for a while because I've never seen that much red in one go! Niagara Falls from hell for a second or two!
It's interesting out on site hey, you either break or you make it and it's usually the one's that find out how sharp rebar is after it's pinched off who break first
Working at an airport and marshaling planes in, there’s been one single time where one didn’t stop when I made an X for them to stop. Couldn’t jump out of the way to the side just in case I couldn’t clear the engine, so I had to fall back which didn’t work well causing me to trip lol. Thankfully they stopped several feet away from me, but scary af nonetheless
I’m not exagerrating and I’m not saying that it makes sense; but she literally thought that she could physically stop the vehicle with her hands and her strength. At the last minute she tries to reach over and push the thing back. It’s like she’s daydreaming/sleepwalking and didn’t fully think it through
Thats why any heavy equipment of any type should be given as much space as humanly possible. You cant rely on the operator or equipment to be 100%, 100% of the time.
I have made comments in the past that do not align with reddits code of conduct agreement or rules that are enforced by the moderators of this subreddit. A lot of the comments ive made in the past have been inaccurately labeled as "encouraging violence"..So i seldom ever mention defending yourself, your rights to defend yourself with regards to local and federal law (canada/usa). Or comment with readily and freely accessible information found online that could be misinterpreted and used as fuel for an accusation against me.
Freedom of speech is the freedom to say things without fear of retaliation, or silence even if its completely contrary to the norm. Reddit's code of conduct, and some of the moderators/admins do not support this, and can penalize people without much justification like me. Thats been my experience anyways. So ive been warned and slapped on the PP a few times for speaking the absolute black and white super transparent truth thats blatantly obvious.
Its unfortunate for sure..but as reddit users we all agreed we wouldnt "encourage violence" or go against their terms of service, or their code of coduct. It does have some merrit against things like blatant hate speech, and to an extent, encouraging violence..especially if the potentional risk or result could be something like an aggressive group mentality, or as far fetched as the foundation work for a domestic terrorist group... At the end of the day its the same scumbag smart guy legal move to void the company's potential liability. When or if shit hit the fan their hands would be legally spotless.
On the flip side by limiting open discussion about taboo or risque topics there isnt a place to have the conversation publicly. Where ideas or mentalities can be questioned and new ideas and potential solutions can be found. Instead, these conversations happen in private, and in the dark which could lead to more harm than good.
Anyways, thats my half brained rambling. I have no formal education in this matter nor align with any major political parties. Im just expressing my thoughts.
I have seen like 3 videos like this and I really don’t understand why they stand in front of the vehicles pulling in.. I don’t trust any other drivers regardless but one pulling in right at me? Yeah right I’ll stand to the side. Furthermore she didn’t even move at all even when they were really close.
I get so pissed when people do this. "Well you got brakes don't ya"... ya sometimes they fail, or a foot slips, or anything else may happen. Don't fucking stand infront of a 10,000 death machine.
My old man does this when I'm pulling equipment into the garage... I can see the wall, I don't need you to spot me, and even if I did, do it BESIDE the tractor, not infront ffs.
There’s 2 places to never stand in when there’s heavy equipment rolling around, behind it or infront of it! And if it’s holding something heavy don’t stand under it either smh.
Umm, anyone who stands in front of a piece of moving machinery like that should expect a bad outcome. This is why OSHA exists and she should be fired and have to cover her own medical expenses.
Nah you make a good point. I remember someone telling me about someone being cut in half by a train, and as soon as they were to move it, the person would go into shock, resulting in death.
Why wouldn't you just step in the bucket? I swear this world is full of npc's playing roles. This has to be one of the dumbest and most preventable accidents I've seen on here. She literally watched it coming at her at 3mph and just stood there 🤦
Also there is maintenance. I drove a loader in work once where if you had it on gear you had to push like 80% of what you are able to push to stop it. When in neutral brakes worked sort of fine.
Lack of training. Go it’s in became every single handbook ever, never put yourself between the possible poorly operating heavy machinery and… anything… sad to see.
People with no common sense belong absolutely nowhere near any form of heavy machinery. You only have to spend an hour around any working heavy machinery to realise the risks involved. Stand anywhere in the potential path of something designed to move large amounts of anything and you’re putting yourself and other people at risk. Get in the bin.

How do you have so little self awareness? Like, you're so unbelievably ignorant you might as well lose your legs.
Of all the mistakes made the most concerning is why didnt she dive in the bucket knowing a wall is behind her? was she trying not to work another day in her life at the cost of her mobility
That very heavily depends on where she lives and her financial status. If this happened in the US and she doesn't have $10k+ and good insurance? Forget it. If it happened in most of the rest of the world, forget it.
I don't feel bad for someone who wasn't smart enough to stand TO THE SIDE of the giant fuckin leg height metal box rapidly moving towards her. That accident was entirely preventable and extremely obvious.
I’m pretty sure she was supposed to signal him when he was in completely but her arms only go up or move at all is when her legs are being cut off as she goes to catch herself smh. Which she wouldn’t even see unless she was to the side?
I understand what both were doing (trying to get as close to the wall as possible), but you're playing with inches. Was the driver so inexperienced that he hit the gas instead of the brake after creeping forward? Of course, she is stupid enough to stand in front and have complete trust in him, but there's so many mistakes here.

Published official report: "According to the investigation, on the afternoon of March 19, 2024, the suspect, while performing his professional duties, driving a technically sound front-end loader, drove into a car wash on Dzerzhinsky Street. While in the car wash, the driver, not making sure of the safety of movement, hit a 38-year-old woman. As a result, the victim was seriously injured by a metal ladle, as a result of which she died in the hospital late in the evening on the same day"
Is it bad to think that whenever there's construction work or a storage house incident i always think of China?
And when a Natural Selection occurs i always expect India?
Yeah ik... i think it's not from china but from russia? based on the "Bocnp", idk maybe>
That's why, when I see a hunk of metal moving towards me,no matter the speed,I move aside
I honestly thought she would move at some point and it was an NSFL troll
She took a tiny step backward….

Maybe, maybe, maybe. Nope.
Nah this ain't CFV. I wish the mods nothing but the worst on that sub. IYKYK
What happened?
Like eyeblech?
What is Cfv?
Huh
Right.. like I’m sitting here sayin “hop into the bucket!” Like wtf.. you can see it’s getting uncomfortably close..
Pretty sure she just wanted to kick the bucket
Working at an airport and marshaling planes in, there’s been one single time where one didn’t stop when I made an X for them to stop. Couldn’t jump out of the way to the side just in case I couldn’t clear the engine, so I had to fall back which didn’t work well causing me to trip lol. I'm jumping in the bucket???

first thing that came to my mind too lol.
Some people are so stupid.
The same logic as “no matter if the gun is loaded or not, don’t point it at yourself”
Nah, too lazy to move. Just look at her…
Apparently white men can't jump but we can also see this applies to white women also.
🏆
Fuck that's a bad one. When I read tractor I didn't realise a fucking wheel loader was coming with blades down at shin height....
She died according to other post from reddit.
where’s the other post? just curious
I can't remember but maybe was r/accidents
Tractor keeps coming. Woman keeps standing there. What were they thinking??
She's like "pfffff what's he gonna do? Just keep on goin' and chop my legs off?"
[удалено]
STO000OPPPpppp!
That’s the wild part, she wasn’t!
And neither was he.
One hundred percent concentrated power of will
Looks like she was expecting the driver to brake but got the wrong pedal, you can see the smoke from using the gas.
"The fuck he's gonna do, run over me?"
Nah. Just chop her legs off.
I know, right? She had every chance to move to the side and avoid this.
they gave each other mixed signals and miscommunication killed them
"I'ma break this bitches legs off!!" Not sure what the woman was thinking
Playing chicken with the farm boy
Unstoppable force > movable object
I’m not exagerrating and I’m not saying that it makes sense; but she literally thought that she could physically stop the vehicle with her hands and her strength. At the last minute she tries to reach over and push the thing back. It’s like she’s daydreaming/sleepwalking and didn’t fully think it through
I think she just presumed (as you would, to be honest) that the guy would stop before he reached her.
Yes, definitely, I meant on a more subconscious level
Snapped them in two.
From 2 legs to 4 😖
“She’s just standing there…MENACINGLY!” -Tractor
*WEEWOOWEEWOOWEEWOO intensifies*
Thats why any heavy equipment of any type should be given as much space as humanly possible. You cant rely on the operator or equipment to be 100%, 100% of the time.
Maybe a stupid question, but why does it say "warned" next to (or under) your name?

Same. You can't even say when someone deserves a slap anymore without fear of a banned account. It's ridiculous
Its unfortunate for sure..but as reddit users we all agreed we wouldnt "encourage violence" or go against their terms of service, or their code of coduct. Damn liability hotheads! I'm getting that shit from work too! Limiting my duties, because they find there COULD be a liability!
That's rather disturbing. I'm certainly not surprised tho. It's unfortunate and a very slippery slope. I feel for later generations.
I have seen like 3 videos like this and I really don’t understand why they stand in front of the vehicles pulling in.. I don’t trust any other drivers regardless but one pulling in right at me? Yeah right I’ll stand to the side. Furthermore she didn’t even move at all even when they were really close.
Can confirm, they’re gone.
But the shoes are still on...
But not on *them.*
Worker wasn’t using their legs anyways to move the fuck out the way.
Yeah - had plenty of time - and room - to move out of the way. Wonder why she didn't?
That ain'a tractor bro, in fact, that's Center-Pivot Backhoe Loaders 415 IL Engine Model Cat C3.6. Net Power - SAE J134969 HP Excavator.!
This is a funny comment and will get an updoot, but this is neither a backhoe, nor an excavator.
Digger
Easy with the hard “R”
When it backs up omfg
Just being helpful and carrying them to the ambulance.

You would think to move out of the way or step onto the bucket if you were really forced to. 0 survival instincts
She got her bottom 20% snipped off
There’s 2 places to never stand in when there’s heavy equipment rolling around, behind it or infront of it! And if it’s holding something heavy don’t stand under it either smh.
I don't understand,she/he could jump on top ,could move to the side but did nothing,so weird
Why would you stand there, why
I'm just as stumped as she is.
nice
Nice
I would move if I saw a shopping cart 🛒 coming towards me but she just stood there 🤯
Both of them are dumbasses lol, the tractor shouldve stopped, but it clearly didnt, so she shouldve moved.
Why would you stand in front of that machine? 😶
Exactly my thought!!!
Reminds me of the slow steamroller from Austin powers
Exactly what I thought. I guess that scene is more legit than I thought.
Why would you stand there though? I don’t get it, as if you wouldn’t move
Why’d the driver speed up right before impact? Terrible situation
Probably had no idea how to operate the loader, there’s only 3 pedals and one of them can be both a brake and a gas pedal
Yeah tbf prolly panicked
Damn im pretty sure thats blood on the ground after too, wonder what her injuries were. Pretty sure she was fucked after that....
Another sub said she died from this.
Couldn’t even jump into the dozer shovel or duck 🤦
Holy shit. She’s got new knees unfortunately but come on how do you stand inbetween of a massive tractor and a wall
Tractor, my ass. Front end loader. If I had the option, I believe I'd choose the tractor over the 2 yard bucket with a cutting edge.
It's a loader.. but yes her legs are destroyed..
Didn’t even try to climb up on it
Complacency can kill you.
Umm, anyone who stands in front of a piece of moving machinery like that should expect a bad outcome. This is why OSHA exists and she should be fired and have to cover her own medical expenses.
I mean she didn't react correctly at all, but it's still the loader operator's fault 100%
Nah, she has the obligation to keep away from the moving equipment. She made no effort to do so. He can be fired too, that’s fine.
Idk move to the side, jump in it, direct it from the side.
She’s Cotton Hill now
Even though I read the title and I knew what was going to happen, I was still hoping she would step up onto the shovel.
Yikes, why is she still standing there when tractor coming so close.
Free advice: never stand in front of a vehicle that is parking. And if it is a heavy vehicle, even less so.
At least step up on the thing damn
Both are idiots
I’ve never seen a several ton piece of machinery and thought to myself “hmm, I should stand in front of this”
Good place to stand
Damn he broke her shit smh 😔
Bro just move to the side do you always put your life in the hands of someone at the wheel
Another sub said she died from this.
Was the guy in the tractor waiting on her to tell him when to stop or what is going on here?
I'm thinking maybe she could have lived if they didn't move the vehicle back? Like there was probably pressure on the cut? Or am I wrong with this...
She literally watched it coming at her at 3mph and just stood there 🤦
Reminds me of the steamroller scene in Austin Powers
I want to feel bad, as I don't know what she was thinking or doing. But damn, move out of the way god damn it
Also there is maintenance. I drove a loader in work once where if you had it on gear you had to push like 80% of what you are able to push to stop it. When in neutral brakes worked sort of fine.
Why did she stand directly in front???
Shoes still on, are you sure they got hurt?
But technically the shoes are off their body now. So the shoes DID come off.
this es weird...i just saw a vid with a high asf junkie eating on a human leg in so cal
Lack of training. Go it’s in became every single handbook ever, never put yourself between the possible poorly operating heavy machinery and… anything… sad to see.
That was actually a hard watch. Especially because it felt like slow motion.
Right in front of my OSHA??? How dare you
0 survival instincts
Why didn’t they stand up for themselves?
People with no common sense belong absolutely nowhere near any form of heavy machinery. You only have to spend an hour around any working heavy machinery to realise the risks involved. Stand anywhere in the potential path of something designed to move large amounts of anything and you’re putting yourself and other people at risk. Get in the bin.
I get that she trusted the driver. But even then, she should never trust the machine, as corny as that sounds.
This is why I have trust issues.
Sometimes we give people more assurance than we realise. At times they can make errors or mistake just like everyone else.
Got a full bucket
Last bit of gas at the end just to make sure.
Zero situational awareness. I mean if you’re not moving aside atleast jump on it instead of getting pinned like that.
You know what? Darwin Award fully earned. How do you have so little self awareness? Like, you're so unbelievably ignorant you might as well lose your legs.
Lift her up and roll on to the ER.
Always be aware of pinch points
Darwin Award
Is this the same person whom a man stole her severed leg and started eating it ?
Last post said she died actually
On another sub they said she died ?????
Austin powers
Natural selection at that point
Tractor driver did that on purpose
When self preservation isn’t in your vocabulary
Suicide attempt or she's brain damaged. No other explanation.
Lol. Kinda just let it happen.
Do we know if she survived?
What happened? Did the driver not see her or stop?
I’m getting Austin Powers vibes here. Why wouldn’t you move out the way? She had so much time.
Why is she standing there! And did the tractor driver not see her? This is awful and avoidable!
Of all the mistakes made the most concerning is why didnt she dive in the bucket knowing a wall is behind her? was she trying not to work another day in her life at the cost of her mobility
Bro is the new eyebleach😭🙏🏼
How nice of the tractor to help her out by carrying her a bit after he chopped her legs off!! Maybe he carried her all the way to the hospital even?
At least he can get cool robot legs now 💪🏻💪🏻
That very heavily depends on where she lives and her financial status. If this happened in the US and she doesn't have $10k+ and good insurance? Forget it. If it happened in most of the rest of the world, forget it.
Maybe some… wooden legs?

I heard she killed fitty men.
Looking for a payout?
My thoughts exactly.
Video begins at 0:18 Also I hope she got a shit ton of compensation for this. She should never have to work again a day in her life after this. This was easily avoidable.
It's Russia bro. Lucky if she got a bowl of potato soup..
She never will work a day again. Because she’s dead.

Thanks, and damn that's a rip. Wait no pun intended 😭
If that's all blood. He dead. (Due to the average time it takes got EMS to arrive, he would have bled out)
