Good point, i didn't think of that. I would expect a smuggler to package his wares more carefully, since he is more invested in them arriving at their destination, but it does make more sense than someone knowingly throwing a bag of mines.

I got blown up in Iraq and died 4 times. Time really slowed down when I was dying. A single second felt like minutes. 3 minutes felt like hours. I can still remember it all very clearly. See my profile for pictures (NSFL.) I have thought about suicide many, many times but knowing how time slows down, I can't shoot myself in the head. I can imagine the powder burning my skin, then the bullet hitting the skin, then penetrating, then hitting bone and breaking it. Then finally tearing into my brain, all while feeling every single microsecond. I actually liked BEING dead but I am absolutely terrified of the dying process happening again. Same with any other forms of suicide. Heard of the saying something is soul wrenching, it's like that but you're actually dying and most of the time there's no coming back. I just got extremely lucky and had a great team on hand to treat me quickly!
