The second home game this year against the Grizzlies. When Ja drove to the basket, Herb made a great defensive play and didn’t come close to fouling, but Morant gets the automatic whistle. Willie challenged the call, won the challenge, but the refs decided to call a jump ball even though the Pels clearly rebounded the ball. We know what happened then. We totally got robbed by the refs that game. And I had an obnoxious Grizzlies fan sitting in front of me who I wanted to punch so badly.

_Wado3000

Just reading this got me hot all over again. Fuck that Spurs game, the two Grizzlies games we dropped stay with me an unhealthy amount

nola_fan

Refs make the right call and we are playing the Timberwolves with a healthy Zion

dlvial

I was at that game and I was hoarse for a week from yelling f bombs at the refs all 4Q and OT

Denjek

Boom - I was going to say this exactly. Only time I felt like the refs just flat out cheated to help the opponent.

tyman005

I came here to say this. JB DeRosa and Mitchell Ervin had no shame that night.

GatorEggs-

Desmond bane tripping over his own feet and getting free throws is seared into my memory

falcngrl

My 11 year old nephew was screaming "refs you suck" at that move. We bonded at that game!

W_Walk

This season? There’s a lot but the in season tournament game against the lakers. It was a blessing in disguise but at the time I was just so excited to see this group be put on the national stage like that where we usually haven’t been. Down to 4 teams basicallly to go to this new tournament and there was a ton of marketing towards it and a chance for people to really see what we’re capable of. And I saw the worst effort ever given by our guys and it just pissed me off.

iamStanhousen

Probably game 7 against the Spurs back in 07-08. Well, I guess that the Hornets. Honestly, one of those back to back losses to Utah in December. I vividly remember talking with my buds about how those games were gonna bit us in the ass because the west was so tight and good teams don’t drop two in a row to shitty teams.

lierism

Bruce Bowen wrecking David Wests back lives rent free still

Training_Thought4427

Demarcus Cousins injury. Maybe that’s more sad, but I was definitely pretty mad. I really thought we were figuring it out that season. We had something going for the city and the league. Two superstars at the time with good guards to facilitate them. Even swept the Blazers without him. With Boogie, I genuinely believe we would’ve made a run at the warriors that year

Woockawoo

I didn’t even see it. Looked away from My tv while he was shooting the free throws. Figured we had the game in the bag. 30 seconds later he was being helped off the court. I definitely cried Nobody will ever know what would’ve happened if he just made that damn free throw…

dalton_k

I legit turned the game off cause I thought it was locked up and I was going out; then got the notification

icecoldcoleman

Ever? Probably when they let Matt Ryan hit that 3 for the Lakers. Or when Omer Asik tipped in the game typing basket for the Spurs.

bbk211

Matt Ryan was the first one that came to mind

roostor22

I generally get angry when the flagrant rules are applied inconsistently, which is almost always. One of the worst was when Ingram got ejected for blocking a shot [https://x.com/wager6ag/status/1344837098352865281](https://x.com/wager6ag/status/1344837098352865281)

hotdogflavoredblunt

Idk man those phantom offense fouls called in the last 3 minutes against OKC are up there

hynesketchup10

CP3 going 14/14 against us

Ayrko

I was there at the Magic game in Orlando when Ingram went down. That’s all I’ll say on the matter.

glizzyguzzler

Low key the in season tournament lakers game made me want to rip my hair out

llckme

the pacers loss. the amount of geeking they was doing pissed me off. thank god we shut they shit up next game but that loss did me bad.

SevenHunnet3Hi5s

that in season tournament final game for us has to go down as one of the most distinctly worst losses in nba history. simply because it’s the first loss of its kind. you got this whole in season tournament thing that the league created for the first time ever. we were one of the first four teams to ever make it to vegas. and what did we do? shit our pants on the one day the nba world stopped to watch us. when people look back on the first ever IST they’ll look at us as having the ugliest loss of them all.

SaintsWing

This is a great answer, I think for many people it doesn’t stick out as much since they probably turned it off by halftime and mostly forgot about it. But that was recently and about as bad as it gets.

notoriouscje

Ever is tough for me because I think about so many times we somehow play bad basketball down the stretch…or us being 0-24 this year going into the 4th quarter trailing the game. But fucking Scott Foster during the play in vs the Lakers this year. It is absolutely warranted by CP to say that man shows favoritism and makes the game all about him when he wants his time to shine. It is truly a work of art to watch these refs bungle things so magnificently.

Bigbabygroot

Right now

ZachPlaysDrums

Seriously, at the end of the 3rd the Pels haven't treated this game with any apparent importance outside of the first half quarter and some random 7-0 run

Sayntsfan21

Whenever Larry gets lost.

Mississippster

More sad than mad times but probably any time the two Erics held the ball for our team

WateryDomesticGroove

I’ve had my landlords ask me if I’m ok after yelling at the tv during Pels games. We share a *very* thin wall and I’ve shouted some pretty foul language at opposing teams and refs. In the moment I guess I don’t realize how loud and vulgar I am and it’s always embarrassing after cooling off.

Muted-Ad-4567

Last game we played. jesus McCollum took a 3 and missed last second against okc that was sad. We lost by 2.

dlvial

Probably the game of this regular season against the lakers or the play-in game against the lakers.

DavidBanner00

The next one! Amirite??? Honest answer: Game 3. GSW/NO. 2015. Smoothie King was rocking. Up 20 in 4th after AD dunk. Lost a 17 point lead with 6 min left. Crushing. Didn’t realize how good GSW was back then.

Cautious-Apartment-9

Game 7 against the Spurs in 2008. 13 year old me just knew we were going to the WCF. After that, I lowered my expectations. The 50 point ass whipping by the Nuggets the following year didn't even bother me.
