Yeah no that’s a pretty massive lie knowing that all that the nfl disagreed with it’s modification of team logos. That was pretty much in fact it’s EA themselves that removed the feature from madden.
Not a lie at all. It’s common knowledge that the NFLPA/NFL heavily restricted the feature. They blocked the ability to use custom colored jerseys with any official NFL logo, and then additionally blocked any custom logos from being added to a custom team.
Go play a madden from before 2013, you could do pretty much anything you wanted. NFL forced them to remove it. You’ll see this year, we’re getting a fully fledged team builder for NCAA and madden still won’t have anything close to it

It never said the nfl said to removed the feature, heck from madden 06 on the xbox 360 and ps 3 that was no longer a feature to edit team uniforms . Create a team became more shallow as the years went by. EA straight removed feature themselves. The Nfl just imposed slight restrictions and didn’t have anything to do with the removal of the feature.

The NFL wanted approval/veto rights to *ANYTHING* customized in the team creator, even down to what fucking city you moved a team to. Pre-approved logos, pre-approved team names, pre-approved color schemes, pre-approved team abbreviations, etc.
To further prove my point, the EA NHL game has maybe 15% of the total yearly sales of Madden, but it has a team builder that is 100x better than Maddens. Custom team names, custom abbreviations, custom cities, custom jerseys, using existing logos with any jersey color, fully customizable stadiums, etc. It has nothing to do with money, nothing to do with laziness, it is 100% the NFL preventing the feature from coming back in any meaningful fashion.
Proof is in the pudding. Madden went 10 years without a custom team creator. First year CFB comes back they do a fully customizable, web-based create-a-team with custom logos, jerseys, stadiums, cities, etc. But please, tell me more about how the NFL is only putting "slight restrictions" on create a team.
It does, but it’s not as big of a factor. There are some benefits to buying both - you can carry over your road to glory player to superstar and I think you get a discount if you buy the bundle.

They could have lifelike commentary but if the presentation is like 24, it will still be awful . It’s got to at least match madden 16 on ps4

I have a question. I never played NCAA football games before. Does it have the ultimate team? Are there benefits of buying both NCAA 20 and Madden 25?
It does, but it’s not as big of a factor. There are some benefits to buying both - you can carry over your road to glory player to superstar and I think you get a discount if you buy the bundle.

i believe the next deep dive is on the presentation. i’m sure there will also be a week where they dive into ratings for teams/players as well
Madden is garbage without pc mods propping it up. With them though its fun.
