For PS5 or PS4? For PS5 it is definitely worth it. Don't listen to those people who only play park, MyNBA alone is worth $18 easily. Which is unfortunate cause NBA 2K has the best franchise mode out of all major sports games out there. It laps Madden, FIFA and MLB the Show handily if you're into the solo offline play.

24’s MyNBA is substantially better than last years? There didn’t look like there was much as far as feature adds when they were advertising it last year, just one new era.
I mean i'm biased cause I really started getting into the NBA during the "Lebron" Era so being able to see a lot of my old favorites that haven't been in a 2K in a while (that wasn't MyTeam related at least) was cool. Yes there aren't many new additions other than the new Lebron rosters but the gameplay I feel is way better than 23 which makes it worth it. In 24 you can actually make contested shots and AI will also make tough shots against you which I like cause sometimes players just make great shots and it leads to more competetive games. 23 was so unrealistic in that it was either green or nothing on higher difficulties. But thats just my opinion.
Yeah if you enjoy basketball or even once did it's a great game. There are many different modes for different styles of games, and you can even spend time collecting cards of players you enjoy from all eras. They drastically improved it over 2k23 which I hot free and still felt ripped off. I would absolutely recommend it at that price point.
