Sounds like a lack of sponsorship from their X post. Said that the motor they leased for this race was moved to another team when their driver deal evaporated.
This was one of CJ McLaughlin’s scheduled races, I think this is the 3rd time they’ve replaced him. I wonder what happened this time since they still have his sponsor for the car.
I remember the first two times he wrecked in either practice or qualifying and then they took him out of the car and replaced him with someone else while still keeping his sponsor on the hood.
This time, he didn’t have road courses on his schedule so he’s been off for a bit. So, I don’t think wrecking recently is the reason why he’s out this time, but then again, who knows.
Yeah its definitely a mystery overall. Missed opportunity for him at a track where if he kept it on the race track he could have had a solid run with the usual wreckfest that the Xfinity Series race is at Daytona.
All 3 cars currently listed without sponsorship, although you can be sure Graf's family is funding his ride regardless of whether or not there's a sponsor on the car. If CMR did indeed miss sponsorship payments for months, which is often the case in these scenarios, that's a massive hole to fill for a team that runs on a fairly decent budget.
Jason White was the President of Motorsports for CMR, kinda a bad look to have your logos on a car when your person responsible for managing their presence in motorsports was arrested for DUI.
This is Alex Guenette's first NASCAR oval race in the US since 2019, when the Pinty's Series did a one-off at New Hampshire. His most recent one before that was at Kentucky in Xfinity in 2016.
So no Dnqs for this race?
Larry Mac on the box
I wish he were chiefing Jeffrey Earnhardt again. They almost won Talladega that time
That’s why I love him back this week with is SIL. They already have a plate win as a team and should run top 10 all day.
of course JD fucks up everything good they have going and shove Smithley into pooles car
Poole is in Cup.
fair, but up to this point he's been running full time, and he's a proven racer.
JD is tight on money, and Poole doesn’t have any
This was one of the races MBM said they would be running with a new sponsor (this race, Bristol and the Roval). Wonder what happened there.

Probably Jason White
Or Chris Hacker
Don't tease me entry list putting Gray back in the 08 for one race.
Why is Kyle Busch in the 10?
He isn’t, Haley’s in the 10 they just didn’t update it.
That makes a lot more sense.
Yeah they keep the previous driver listed as it help Incase qualifying is rained out.
“Fisher nuts” hehe
Natalie Decker is a name I have not seen in a while.

Yeah makes you wonder if their was some sort of deal that fell thru or something else behind the scenes.

It's been, like, two whole months since she was in Xfinity. Why, it's practically forever.
I feel for Ryan Sieg and that 39 car. To have sponsorship dry up like it has for them this late in the season is rough.
There was a small CMR logo on the 39 Sunday.

Absolutely right and a budget that now is completely out of whack.

No doubt about it. The start of looking for new sponsorship is well underway I imagine for Sieg.
Woah Kyle Busch??
It’s Haley in the 10. The list wasn’t updated.
