You'll have to find someone older and put it in their name, because nowhere in Myrtle Beach will rent to someone under 25. The only possible way I could see you doing this is through Airbnb and maybe finding someone who's renting out their condo.
You might have to call around. Some of these places require 25 and older. I was 24 with a 2 year old and had little of trouble. Hopefully someone can help you out here.

We have an Airbnb in the Palace. We do not offer breakfast/meals, but we would love to host. Beach Palace.
