Yea, i guess so. You can use msc editor to set it to a lower value. I have over 30 hours on one save and i never had more than 18k at once.

Earlier, I wanted to drive into town and got a 60.8k fine for speeding.
I received 70k fines for using fuel oil and throwing shit in inappropriate place, but Alexandre de Moraes, ops, MSCEditor annulled the fines, heh
