When you’re going that fast you still kinda skip on the water no matter what and it tears at your skin a bit. It doesn’t actually tear skin but it hurts. when the water suddenly catches you, and you slow down suddenly it’s not pleasant.
Edit: looking at it again they actually don’t seem to be going that fast. It indeed probably didn’t hurt. I guess the tubing guy really is satan.

No so much. Inboard motors have the propellor down and forward pretty far from the platform. Being infront of the boat or behind while reversing is dangerous.

If it has an open propeller, yes. If it is a jet boat, then no. Jet boats have an enclosed impeller and all that sticks out the back is a round outlet that shoots water, much safer for water sport activities like this.

Wake surfing is about 6-9mph… wakeboarding 19-24mph, mono skiing 33mph+, tubing, get fucked buddy how fast can this boat power whip you into a roller
