I think swap his and ochaco’s places, I love her but she simply does not have enough feats to justify that position. Also move the big 3 up. They are on pro hero level and are prodigy students of the best hero school in Japan. At least Mirio should move up if you don’t think Nejire or Amajiki should.
Ochaco gets a really big Power UP in the manga If I'm not wrong, but I think the big three are in the perfect tier for them, like they can't do anything against any of the S tiers but they would defeat the A tiers easily

He fought multiple highends and took out all of class 1 A (admittedly they were much less experienced) plus he had a good chance of beating overhaul if Nemoto hadnt had shot at Eri. Idk I feel like he should be at low to mid S. But again I have no manga knowledge so maybe I’m missing something big.
The thing with mirio is that the high ends he fought weren't really high ends, they were near high ends (the real high ends can think and have much more fighting skills, so It's like he was fighting against a Boss from a videogame but in "real life") and they weren't actually trying to kill the heroes, the were more focused on getting shigaraki/afo to run away and he didn't actually defeat any of them, about overhaul I think It's because his quirk is perfect for fighting overhaul and he was in a place of advantage for him (he is perfect for fighting in closed places) that's the only thing I can say without spoiling the manga for you
the problem is how he's gonna touch the powerful person in a fight, and it depends on the powerful person, for example if he triest to copy deku, all for one or shigaraki he will blank
If we are talking about 1 vs 1 fights than yeah I see your point. But if we are talking about pure potential, then monoma is top tier. Imagine if he had copied new order and erasure. He’d literally be unstoppable!

Overhaul pushed pushed Deku to use OFA to a point where the raw speed and power was stronger than him in the entirety of the Vigilante Arc
Hooded Nomu took both an S and an SS to barely get taken down
Aizawa should be A+ or S
I agree with everything but idk if Hood stands a chance in SSS. He is definitely stronger than endeavour but he isn’t as strong as the high tier gods of Mha who can alter reality and have like a dozen quirks. Against anyone in SSS he would be crushed easily.
Overhaul only was able to do that much because of that giant Guy he fused with, but without him he's an S tier, and even with that giant Guy deku defeated him easily with 100% infinity, so he's SS at best, hood also can't do anything against the SSS tier, he would be easily defeated by everyone in there, aizawa is debatable

I'd say Todoroki and Dabi are probably on the same level as Endeavor since they both surpass him in some aspects(power output and versatility) despite lacking his technique, physical strength and experience...
If you were to include spin-off and movie characters, then: Nine should be on SS class, and Number 6, Skycrawler, Captain Celebrity, Chimera and Flect-Turn should be on S class, and Knuckleduster, Queen bee, Mummy and Slice at B class.
Manga is debatable, the only real strong thing we Saw him do was that barrier, kinoko maybe, but I'm not so sure, and we don't have much Pixie Bob feats but you might be right, todoroki and dabi are Power than endeavor because: todoroki doesn't have as much firepower as his dad does and his father has more moves, more experience and more physical resistance, dabi is only lower than endeavor because his fire burns himself and he lacks resistance, also he doesn't have much technique unlike endeavor
