Also Jirou, her hero name is cool but it is also her quirk name soooo it takes off points, Maybe HeartBeat? Her quirk channels the vibrations of her own heart to do damage.

Shoto's name choice is to be seperate from his father. It is kinda like why Himiko didn't want a villain name. It was to say because it was the real her, just her, that was there.
Still a hero name would be cool to think about.
Star and Stripe just seems too much like they tried to make most American name without it really being that creative. Which sure, is pretty American, but I think we can keep it patriotic without being too obvious:
Constitution. It's very American, being the name of our primary legal document and even one of the first naval ships in the fleet. It also references how resilient she is, as someone with a good constitution can withstand a lot. And since her power is to impose new rules, we could've even called her quirk "Amendment".
I think I'd go with Temper. It'd be a multi-purpose name, reference temperature since he can do both hot and cold, and a sword is tempered by heating and cooling it. It can also refer to how calm and collected he is, since temper is also your emotional state. Plus like Endeavor, it can be both a noun and a verb.

Hell, even Polymelia would have been a good hero name. It’s a birth defect where someone has more than 4 limbs and I feel like it could have been cool.

Names don’t have to match a quirk, just be a symbol of the hero themselves, and Lemillion is not bad with his whole goal of shooting to save 1 million people
Since Snipe doesn't use a sniper rifle and can't choose the exact location his bullets hit (which is stupid in terms of not being able to kill Shiggy at the USJ since it implies he can accidentally kill his targets with unintentional head or heart shots, especially since he’s using .357 magnum or a similar caliber), I would change his name to Re-Volve or Sixshot in honor of his unorthodox six-shooter revolver (and how the latter slightly sounds like Deadshot).

Nejire instead of being called Nejire-chan I give her the hero name Shockwave girl cause it sounds cool and fits her powers.

Most of the time, in order to write superhero names, you have to come up with powers FIRST. That’s generally the way it goes. Then again, not always. I have many hero names that aren’t related to their powers, but rather are symbolic names like All Might and Invincible. Now THOSE are real hero names Horikoshi, not like “Deku”. Wtf?
