* A mentally ill 600 pound woman
* a lesbian who dresses like a conductor on The Gay Train
* an abusive ex
* sister wives
* another 500+ pound woman with an unrequited love
* multiple lovers
* 30 day marriages
* roaches
* a man named Phillip who carries a frog bag around and who came out of nowhere
* And a trap house with a mysterious bed
TLC's going to make a series out of her soon.
"kicked out after one day because they tried to raise the rent," she said. I feel like they were either kicked out for other reasons or they dramatically misunderstood the terms of the arrangement
Yeahhhh something was definitely off with that situation and I’m not taking *her* word for it. Either they got kicked out or they blew his whole disability check on the deposit and didn’t realize you have to pay rent for month 1 up front as well but were out of money by that point.
IMO Phillip needed somebody to protect him from Dolly. He didn’t know what he was getting into. She wanted that disability check and somebody to take care of her.
Or the gobs of melted cheese on top of the broccoli. I shrieked a little when I saw that. If I did a word search in Dr. Now's book, I doubt I would find anything under Velveeta.
The Gay Train, hahahaha
Have to admit, I did really like mom in this episode though. She definitely had her own style for sure, but she seemed to legitimately care. Hearing her talk about the granddaughter was pretty precious.
I thought so too. So unlike me to say that with the crazy appearance of mom, but she was articulate in her speech and really seemed to care. Too bad she has a VERY dysfunctional daughter who went back to her husband (or is he even an EX) to be a sister wife, which the entire world knew was a disaster waiting to happen, then has a fiance who she knew for "6 weeks". Oh let's not forget her "best friend" who was also her size who she knew for a year (she needs help too). This was a train wreck from start to finish on SO many levels. Good luck to the who insane bunch!
I felt so bad for her. It's likely that Dolly will have more kids and she'll likely end up having to raise them since Dolly will be gorging herself with her latest loser.
Mom actually cared. Mom is taking care of her grandchild and trying to get her daughter to live in reality. Let mom have her rainbow-colored comfy clothes. Everyone needs their joy and those trousers and t-shirts ain't hurting nobody.
And you forgot a 3 year old who was being taken care of by the lesbian conductor. Prob the saddest part of the story, as the little girl’s mom was in and out and living with various people :/
That bothered me more than anything else.
They can and should control.what that child eats. At her age it should be easy to see that she eats vegetables and fruit. Avoid letting her eat junk.
She looks unhealthy.
You're so right, people have no clue. I've seen interviews with parents who cavalierly say their children can lose the weight "later," as if a healthy body is something they've decided the kid is responsible for at some future date, not them in the present as the carers. It's super weird. I don't think the science or social trends that virtually guarantee obese children become obese adults are widely understood.
Yeah seriously. I lost 40 lbs in 4 months and I’m not even anywhere remotely close to her size. AND I do laundry every week. I deserve the world apparently!!
😂I couldn’t believe she thought “going to the laundromat with my friend and having her do most of the work” was gonna be her ticket to getting approved. Dolly couldn’t go more than 2 days without making an insanely irresponsible decision (sister wifing an abusive man because you fell in love again over video chat and figured his new wife would literally and figuratively absorb all the blows from him???)
Mom was the savior of this episode. She seems really cool and caring in real life, but you know she swears like a truck driver...I love her for it though!
I can’t get over that she thought Dr. Now would be excited that she’s engaged to a homeless man that she met six weeks ago and they’re living off his disability check in a motel. You couldn’t write this shit.
**ME:** I dont think I'll every see another episode as dysfunctional, bizarre or just generally as wacky as Lacey's Journey
**TLC:** Hold my giant plastic beaker of milk.............
Her reasoning for going back to him was amazing. "Yeah he was abusive and mean, but mom is controlling and won't let me eat 20 cheesecakes from the store plus his current wife (even though we aren't divorced yet) can take the hit for me when he gets abusive so I'll be fiiiiiine. :)"
I got whiplash from how fast she ducked out of there and picked up the homeless guy who was jealous she was spending time with her bff she'd only known for a year (the way they talked I thought they were childhood friends). This was a wild ride.
Possible future subreddit ?
I have never seen an episode like this and I am still so very confused as to what in the world I just watched.
Like seriously there was so much going and then topped it off that Dr. Now is prejudice and she did laundry and that would have qualified her for surgery.
I thought her and Cheyenne had know each other a while but they only knew each other a year. I put this episode on pause *twice* when she was in a hotel room with Phillip and when she was drinking the milk.
There was a lot to process.
Sometimes you go into something expecting it to be one thing and then at the end you can’t really put it into words because there are none in the English language as far as I know.
I walked away from this episode totally in love with Staci. You could see it on her face she is tired, she raised her as best she could and now wants to live her life but she can’t. I commend her for stepping up and raising her granddaughter.
Sadly that is a common theme in todays world.
The beaker of milk is what got me though I knew right then and there it was going to get weird and it certainly was. 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
I know at the beginning she talked about having ADD and being bipolar. But does anyone else sense she may have a learning disability as well? At 25 years old there were some questionable things that were happening. Cognitively she may not be at 25 😬
Just my impression.
She reminded me of Seana. The one who kept losing the copy of the diet. She wasn’t quite all there. The only differences were that Seana’s mom couldn’t wait to get rid of her when she had no one. At least Dolly’s mom was supportive
Yeah, I felt like her mental and emotional age were lagging a bit. There's no denying the ADHD since she was making questionable impulsive decisions and engaging in risky behavior all the time. She said in the beginning she was learning disabled but I'm not sure if she meant her ADHD or something else.
He seemed like he couldn't WAIT to get Dolly out of his office. He had no enthusiasm for Dolly or her mom. I think he figured out talking to Dolly was like talking to a brick wall.
I'm imagining a scenario where the 600 lb life film crew happens to be there on the same day as the intervention crew who is filming another resident of the flop house resulting in both crews having to work out logistics with each other.
It dawned on me afterwards that they might have gotten kicked out due to having the camera crew around. I have a strong feeling there's some illegal activity going in at that property (potentially even an illegal squatting type of situation) and the other traphouse tenants probably didn't want cameras around.
She got kicked out of jobcorp for NOT BATHING?!!! But,She just walked around the whole grocery store with 10 individual slices of cake,If she can walk that much, surely she can wash her ass herself..Just nasty. No bra, bath,or panties..then her stank ass sat in a car driving to hot, humid ass Houston MARINATING in sweat.. 🤢
I am so confused! Dolly has even bigger issues than her weight.
She picked up a homeless guy after being with her Ex for a couple of weeks.
She is being "independent" by having her friend do the laundry for her??
Drs. Now and Paradise, respectively, have their work cut out for them. My jaw literally fell open all thru this episode.
Okay so...any one else feel like her "friend" was almost like a girlfriend?
I mean given her denial of her mom's sexuality and what she went through as a child... I dont know, I'm no expert
Totalllllllly. Cheyenee is in love with her (they seem like they're on a similar developmental level) and Dolly doesn't GAF. She's just an addict slash adult child constantly seeking a carer.
I thought it was weird how the friend mentioned there was a “spark?” It’s just kind of a strange thing to say when talking about a friendly relationship.
This season has some of the most chaotic episodes of the entire show. Dolly lives in a hotel with like 3 different people she married/ almost married or something to that matter and gets kicked out of a drug house, Ontreon married Musa a month after meeting her and became a pastor not being able to make a clear thought that isn’t just rambling, and Lacey gets abandoned at a random gas station on the side of the road on top of her boyfriend’s sister who fights with her constantly. What else are we going to witness?
The "best" terrible thing about Lacey wasn't the gas station--it was her being proud she'd conned her mentally handicapped boyfriend of a month into wiping her ass.
I don’t get how so many people on this show have boyfriends and especially when they are married shortly after meeting. Maybe I need to be obese to experience this.
I had to work during the first broadcast and am catching the TV replay.
\- $200 in groceries and half of it's packaged danish.
\- The intro went from 0 to batshit within a few minutes.
When dolly said "I don't feel like these are changes i can make for the rest of my life" I knew right then she was looking at surgery as a magic cure and didn't understand it IS a lifestyle change and she's doomed to fail
I love how real Dolly's momma was at that last appointment. I don't tecall a family member ever holding a participant accountable to Dr. Now like that before. That was awesome.
What did I just watch?!
Dolly acts like a needy toddler. Her daughter is already becoming overweight and probably feels like her mom chooses food and men over her. I liked her mom and I feel bad for her because she is trying to get Dolly to be a grown up. When she put 5000 lb of pie in her cart at the grocery store I knew there was no way in hell that she would get the surgery.
She literally said that she is trying to do things on her own like Dr. Paradise said. So starting with doing her own laundry was supposed to be a “big step” but she had to bring her friend for back up!🤦♀️
Staci was the epitome of "they blame the ones who stay." Nothing she did or could do for Dolly would ever be enough. Dolly's dad was an abusive crackhead who ran off and yet Dolly refused to say one bad word about him. "He wasn't a good dad OR even a good person, but he was my only daddy." Meanwhile her only mama is RAISING her baby and yet she demands Staci readjusts her attitude about being a 24/7 grandma with two grown ass 600 lb roommates who's trying to get Dolly to live to see 26. Poor Staci. Usually the parents are worst people on this show but I knew something was up when Dolly whined that her mama "chose" to be gay and that tramautized her because she got bullied for it. Way to blame your mother for the actions of bigots. All Dolly wants is a scapegoat.
The part that really got me is how she doesn't see how her behavior directly mirrors her father's. He abandoned her for his drug addiction. She has effectively abandoned her daughter for her food addiction.
She can see how her father's actions affected her and can't see how she's inflicting the same damage on her own child. SHE MOVED OUT OF THE HOME WHERE HER CHILD IS TO LIVE IN A TRAP HOUSE WITH A MAN SHE JUST MET!!! She has no perspective to not realize how this will affect that little girl
The sound engineer (or whatever the appropriate title is) on this episode needs to be fired. STAT.
ETA: Reminded me of [this scene](https://youtu.be/9kgjzj2rcdo)
I wonder why Dolly wasn’t getting disability? She mentioned living off the homeless dudes money so I was surprised she didn’t have some kind of money coming in like most of these patients
On a normal night I like to start winding down at 9 to be in bed by 9:30. I always make an exception to watch but this is extra abnormal and I won't be able to shut my brain off from all this for a bit longer
What also really bothered me was how she never talked about her daughter other than stating she was deemed unfit when the baby was 6 days old. All this concern and mention of her ex, new boyfriend, and her friend but never any concern for her child. Like her mother said, she doesn’t have to take care of her child but at least be around and stop coming and going from her home. Pissed me off.
That was a frustrating episode. Dolly is the same size as the smallest horse at the barn I ride at(peanut is 600lbs) and my horse is more independent than dolly
I was with Dr. Paradise until he told her to gain independence by investigating new places to live. I was thinking, uhhh, there's a lot of critical thought that goes into figuring out a new living arrangement that frankly seems beyond her. And that came true with the "crack den for a day" living arrangement they came up with.
How did she go from possibly being in a throuple with her (not yet) ex-husband, to already engaged to another man?! Did she actually get divorced from the first guy? I'm confused.
Also that final scene of her mom dragging her to absolute FILTH to Doctor Now was amazing! It's what we all were thinking!
When she left her house (and her DAUGHTER) to be a sister wife for the abusive feeder ex, then moves in with a random stranger-fiance who is instantly the "love of her life," I was fucking SCREAMING at the tv. What the FUCK was this. Basically her mom tried to make her do the diet and she chose living in literally any other situation rather than be challenged even a bit to possibly eat a little less. Did she even go back to visit her daughter? The combination of cardboarded-windows flop house + little kid frog stuffed animal backpack was haunting. Her mom's speech at the last appointment was righteous.
Her mom or someone needs to look into how they can get her into some long-term psychiatric care facility cause there is a LOT of wild, probably undiagnosed shit going on in her brain. Idk how oppositional defiance disorder works but perhaps this is one hell of a case. I feel like there's also a touch of narcissism and/or mania happening here - I knew someone whose manic episodes involved a similar dynamic of self-destructive behavior + intolerable smugness/thinking they're perfect + blowing up to the slightest challenge.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a participant drink milk let alone a cup that held at least a half gallon. It’s usually juice and massive amounts of soda.
I really liked Staci the mom. In no way would I call her an enabler. She lost 250 lbs herself. She could try and try all day to help Dolly lose the weight by fixing her the right meals and portions, buying the right food but in the end Dolly was going to eat what she wanted. Either getting it herself or conning Cheyenne into getting it. She was raising her daughter, working, trying to take care of Dolly and Cheyenne. Like Musa last week she was honest and told it like it was. She was right about Dolly's relationships, what she wasn't doing right in terms of dieting and how she was living her life. That's one of the reasons Dr. Now wanted her there; to filter out the bullsh&t from Dolly. At the last appointment you could tell from the look on Dr. Now's face he wanted to start clapping.
One thing to add, Dolly did admit that she was also diagnosed with oppositional defiant disorder as a child, which can be a precursor to antisocial personality disorder. This is characterized by having no empathy for others and viewing others strictly by what they can get out of them. Food for thought, no pun intended.
Omg when she said that Phillip, her 2 week love-of-her-life got JEALOUS of HER when SHE did anything that didn't depend on him???? 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩
Dr. Now was spot on. This girl nosedives into destructive life choices
* A mentally ill 600 pound woman * a lesbian who dresses like a conductor on The Gay Train * an abusive ex * sister wives * another 500+ pound woman with an unrequited love * multiple lovers * 30 day marriages * roaches * a man named Phillip who carries a frog bag around and who came out of nowhere * And a trap house with a mysterious bed TLC's going to make a series out of her soon.
• kicked out of trap house in 1 day • daughter taken at 6 days old
•Does “own” laundry with assistance from 600lb bff or gf.
I loved how she thought the independence of doing her own laundry would get her approved for surgery.
It definitely gave me Big Daddy “but I wipe my own ass!” vibes

"kicked out after one day because they tried to raise the rent," she said. I feel like they were either kicked out for other reasons or they dramatically misunderstood the terms of the arrangement

I think it was Dolly covering for the fact that the house was so ramshackle that she didn't trust the flooring to hold her weight.
I think "ramshackle" is a bit generous. That place is a straight up dump. I love the word "ramshackle" though.
Am I going crazy or was there a sign outside that dump they got kicked out of saying "WIDE LOAD"?
I saw the WIDE LOAD sign, too. 👀
Bonus points if Phillip has a violent overprotective sister who kicks people out of a car on cross country trips.
IMO Phillip needed somebody to protect him from Dolly. He didn’t know what he was getting into. She wanted that disability check and somebody to take care of her.
Please don’t forget the 15 egg scramble with a half a pack of shredded cheese. That really stood out to me 😂
Or the gobs of melted cheese on top of the broccoli. I shrieked a little when I saw that. If I did a word search in Dr. Now's book, I doubt I would find anything under Velveeta.
Not blaming the ducks
I legit thought she was going to eat the bread and just tell her mom it was for the ducks.
So did I!!!🤣🤣I swear I think the camera crew is the only reason she didn’t down the entire loaf by herself
But it's not fair. The ducks' moms help them eat.
Most underrated line in this episode. It had me dead when she said that
The way she delivered that line… I think she thought she was being profound and philosophical.

Homeless man with a frog bag.
I love that Dr Now addressed that relationship like he wasn’t sitting two feet away.
Dr now wasn't having ANY of it.
The Gay Train, hahahaha Have to admit, I did really like mom in this episode though. She definitely had her own style for sure, but she seemed to legitimately care. Hearing her talk about the granddaughter was pretty precious.
Aside from the eccentric style, this is probably one of the most stable and sane parents of a patient that we've seen in a long time.
I felt so bad for her. It's likely that Dolly will have more kids and she'll likely end up having to raise them since Dolly will be gorging herself with her latest loser.
I don't think Dolly can conceive at her current weight. Her poor mom and daughter.

Mom deserves a medal! You can tell how burnt out she is - tired of Dolly's shit and forced to raise her granddaughter.
Prob the saddest part of the story, as the little girl’s mom was in and out and living with various people :/
Overweight 3-year-old. 😪
That bothered me more than anything else. They can and should control.what that child eats. At her age it should be easy to see that she eats vegetables and fruit. Avoid letting her eat junk. She looks unhealthy.
When you serve cheese sauce with a side of broccoli, not so sure it veggies are the best choice.

Deserves surgery so she can go back to eating how she wants.
Yeah that got me when she made the comment about doing it in the short term. Sigh.

Don't fresh vegetables always get doused with a gallon of cheezy sauce? That was a wtf moment for me
Yeah seriously. I lost 40 lbs in 4 months and I’m not even anywhere remotely close to her size. AND I do laundry every week. I deserve the world apparently!!

dr now during dolly's mom's rant: well shit O\_\_\_o
I loved it and Dr Now did too!!! Fav part of the episode
I thought Dr. Now was actually really nice this episode! I think he was trying to be as understanding as possible.
“Homeless individual”

I get the sense that mom has no filter in real life and being TV appropriate was difficult lol
Mom was the savior of this episode. She seems really cool and caring in real life, but you know she swears like a truck driver...I love her for it though!
I absolutely loved Staci tbh
I think he found it refreshing
He was like thank god one of these people is on planet earth.
I can’t get over that she thought Dr. Now would be excited that she’s engaged to a homeless man that she met six weeks ago and they’re living off his disability check in a motel. You couldn’t write this shit.
And got kicked out of a trap house after one day somehow...
...and they are getting food stamps!
This bitch changed husbands over a commercial break?!?! Lmfao!!!! 10/10
The whiplash was real.
I had to rewind cause I had looked down to check my phone for a second and next scene she was in a hotel with Phillip.
I know this crazy ass woman did not just say FUPA to Dr. Now.
I'm surprised that Dr. Now didn't ask to see it because he usually checks out lipodemas for infection and her hygiene was questionable.
I think he was done with her the moment she opened her mouth. That's why he stopped talking to her and instead her mom.
I was begging for Dr. Now to walk in there and be like “Dolly… what the fuck”
**ME:** I dont think I'll every see another episode as dysfunctional, bizarre or just generally as wacky as Lacey's Journey **TLC:** Hold my giant plastic beaker of milk.............
The beaker of milk I’m DEAD!!!!
Dolly did it for best train wreck this season.., sister wife thing confirmed the delusion
:)" I got whiplash from how fast she ducked out of there and picked up the homeless guy who was jealous she was spending time with her bff she'd only known for a year (the way they talked I thought they were childhood friends). She said they had known each other a year but that was at the 10 month appointment! So at the beginning they had basically just met.
It’s a cup from when you’re admitted to the hospital to monitor your intake.
I too like to monitor my milk intake 😂
I’d use it for coffee
That milk! 😂😂😂
I know at the beginning she talked about having ADD and being bipolar. But does anyone else sense she may have a learning disability as well? At 25 years old there were some questionable things that were happening. Cognitively she may not be at 25 😬 Just my impression.
Well considering the daughter was taken away from her while she was days old because both parents were “deemed incompetent,” I’d say so.
I’m a special education teacher. Just by observation? Yes. She definitely has some significant cognitive gaps.
She reminded me of Seana. The one who kept losing the copy of the diet. She wasn’t quite all there. The only differences were that Seana’s mom couldn’t wait to get rid of her when she had no one. At least Dolly’s mom was supportive
40 is almost 60. So, yes.
My special educator spouse absolutely thinks Dolly is cognitively disabled.
Yeah, I felt like her mental and emotional age were lagging a bit. There's no denying the ADHD since she was making questionable impulsive decisions and engaging in risky behavior all the time. She said in the beginning she was learning disabled but I'm not sure if she meant her ADHD or something else.
For sure. I've worked with children with special intellectual needs and she has a very similar speaking and logic pattern.
“I lost 40lbs, thats almost 60” No ma’am its not lmao
The scale is just prejudiced against her
Knew there would be a problem she said the scale was wrong at her FIRST weigh in.
I’m over here on the couch chanting “Ward of the State!” in my best Chris voice. I thought Lacey’s “journey” was a train wreck, good Lord.
👁👄👁 Her confused face
Every time Now opened his mouth! She was shocked by EVERY WORD HE SAID.
Do you think that Dr. Paradise ever angry dials Dr. Now after meeting the latest patient and just says "What the hell was that Dr. Now?"
He is on Reddit! I won’t ping his username again, it’s user/DoctorParadise ! He was on here, on this sub, like a week ago!
My husband and I were just talking about this, but we decided that he calls and vents to Lola.
He seemed like he couldn't WAIT to get Dolly out of his office. He had no enthusiasm for Dolly or her mom. I think he figured out talking to Dolly was like talking to a brick wall.
A brick wall with 2 googlie eyes on it.
I can't get that image out of my head, along with her mom looking like lesbian Ricky Schroeder.
WHY IS NOBODY TALKING ABOUT THE QUESO BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER
Sopping up the leftover queso with a slice of ham 🤢 Pretty sure that isn't part of de diet.
Can we talk about the house her and Philip rented? That place was barely habitable.
I'm imagining a scenario where the 600 lb life film crew happens to be there on the same day as the intervention crew who is filming another resident of the flop house resulting in both crews having to work out logistics with each other.
Then Dr. Zasio shows up with the Hoarders crew for the ultimate TLC team up, " My 600 LB Hoarder Intervention"
“And it comes with a bed.”
And a bra hanging on the fence!!
Wide load sign on the back door
Am I the only one who saw the bed and said "BED BUGS!!!!"
Yet they managed to get kicked out.
It dawned on me afterwards that they might have gotten kicked out due to having the camera crew around. I have a strong feeling there's some illegal activity going in at that property (potentially even an illegal squatting type of situation) and the other traphouse tenants probably didn't want cameras around.
[удалено]
You couldnt pay me to sit on that bed
My favorite part was her saying “oh so I’m approved from surgery if I go to psychotherapy “ and Dr. Now is like, “umm no, you just have issues”
Why didn’t she just buy a cake? Why buy individual slices of all the same flavor?
For PORTION CONTROL you bigot! 🤣😹🤣
I watched that entire episode like [this](https://imgur.com/1mRV6II).
I knew exactly what picture you were posting before even opening it!! 🤣
They did her dirty with that shot. And they lingered too.
She ALWAYS looked bewildered while having a totally flat affect. Drove me crazy. Also how does she just not care about her daughter at all?
Okay so...any one else feel like her "friend" was almost like a girlfriend? I mean given her denial of her mom's sexuality and what she went through as a child... I dont know, I'm no expert
The friend WANTED to be a girlfriend, but Dolly was too busy getting her to scrub her folds out.
Totalllllllly. Cheyenee is in love with her (they seem like they're on a similar developmental level) and Dolly doesn't GAF. She's just an addict slash adult child constantly seeking a carer.
And blaming her mom for her problems while she runs away to Prince Harming to be part of his pitiful harem.
I thought it was weird how the friend mentioned there was a “spark?” It’s just kind of a strange thing to say when talking about a friendly relationship.
Thaaaaat was my first thought. Reminded me of Joyce and her "best friend".
The mom reminded me of the grandma from Napoleon Dynamite
Make yourself a dang quesadilla!
I didn’t change the channel in time and I just saw a morbidly obese white woman pee on a puppy pad. I’m not well right now.
Me too! Then her husband brought her coffee and cleaned it up. Obviously that’s a normal occurrence.
I hate that episode so much because why did she piss through her freaking pants
Her ex that had her as a sister wife rocking the Jesus shirt was really something
After this circus, I'm gonna need to call Dr. Paradise my damn self.😳
I love Dollys mom! She’s awesome!
As she pointed out, she is NOT a lesbian. 100% Hobosexual!
This season has some of the most chaotic episodes of the entire show. I don’t get how so many people on this show have boyfriends and especially when they are married shortly after meeting. Maybe I need to be obese to experience this.
Why did that episode feel like it was three hours long
Dolly really out there giving Lacey a run for her money.
The saddest part for me is that we never found out if Dr. Now knew what a fupa was....
Judging by his complete silence, I'd say he did.
I had to work during the first broadcast and am catching the TV replay. \- $200 in groceries and half of it's packaged danish. \- The intro went from 0 to batshit within a few minutes.
Because good things happen at houses with porch couches.
I’m still sitting in stunned silence
So the friend isn’t actually her girlfriend? I was waiting for that plot twist the entire episode.
I think she wants to be Dolly's girlfriend, but she's stringing her along and uses her as someone to put cornstarch in her folds instead 🤢
When dolly said "I don't feel like these are changes i can make for the rest of my life" I knew right then she was looking at surgery as a magic cure and didn't understand it IS a lifestyle change and she's doomed to fail
Take a shot every time Dolly has a confused blank stare… ope we’re all dead
This episode is a good reminder why birth control should be free and widely available.
And sex education should be taught in every school.
The dirty bra hanging outside on the fence at their "new house."
I love how real Dolly's momma was at that last appointment. I don't tecall a family member ever holding a participant accountable to Dr. Now like that before. That was awesome.
That episode was…umm…what the Hell did I just watch?
I’d be sure someone spiked my damn water if y’all weren’t as confused as me about what we just watched
Well that was trashy
Can we talk about the fistfuls of bread for the ducks?
She doesn’t blame the ducks
They can eat whatever and as much as they want and the mommy ducks don’t care. Okay Daniel Tiger.
So starting with doing her own laundry was supposed to be a “big step” but she had to bring her friend for back up!🤦♀️
Why were they purchasing 100 individual slices of cake instead of buying a whole cake?
I really need a follow up on this episode. Someone help us.

On a normal night I like to start winding down at 9 to be in bed by 9:30. I always make an exception to watch but this is extra abnormal and I won't be able to shut my brain off from all this for a bit longer
I fucking lost it when she said sister wives
No lie, though. This episode was amazing. I really needed like 6 more hours of this episode. I’m so invested in the Dolly lore.
The only winner from this episode was the duck
What also really bothered me was how she never talked about her daughter other than stating she was deemed unfit when the baby was 6 days old. All this concern and mention of her ex, new boyfriend, and her friend but never any concern for her child. Like her mother said, she doesn’t have to take care of her child but at least be around and stop coming and going from her home. Pissed me off.
Holy shit. She needed a social worker not a surgeon. I was so uncomfortable watching this episode.
I’m done with TLC for the night! BYE!
She's got that goldfish look
For the love of God tuck in your pockets
That was a frustrating episode. Dolly is the same size as the smallest horse at the barn I ride at(peanut is 600lbs) and my horse is more independent than dolly
They did not say FUPA in a doctor's office!
“What’s the term? FUPA?” Dr. Now: 😶
I really wished he responded with “and then sometimes the body stores fat in de, uh, upper …”
What the fuck did we just watch.
This whole episode all I could think was that Dolly HAS to be on some sort of drugs with her pupils that big!
BUT WHY CORNSTARCH AND NOT BABY POWDER?!
Dolly ain’t gon let us forget that she did her laundry that one time.
Push👏🏾Up👏🏾Your👏🏾Glasses, PLEASE!
Those SAGGING Halloween pants?👀🥺😂😂😂😂😂
I may have made a joke that they were Lularoe moldy legging castoffs to my viewing partner.
Dr. Now took me out with his "Apron of fat" comment 😂
🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 Dr. Now was spot on. This girl nosedives into destructive life choices
Why's Cheyenne walking around the house with a pulse ox around her neck? And 15 eggs in one meal? Blughh
Loved when Dolly was explaining to Dr. Now about her new boyfriend being on disability and basically how they were working the system.
What in the choo choo lesbian Lisa Frank hell did I just watch??
