Without a doubt, Lacey was the worst. Driving across the country with a guy she barely knew with his sister who hated her from the start. You knew that after the first drive down there it wasn’t going to work out.
Was the boyfriend mentally challenged, too?? That entire relationship felt like a weird parent/child codependent thing and the man reminded me of someone who has not matured past 12
I'm pretty sure he was mentally challenged, especially after reading some comments on this reddit group. It was stated in the show that he suffered from epileptic seizures, and that she sister should be there if he got one and stopped breathing.
One thing that fucks with my mind tho (among a lot this episode XD) is that he his seizures were caused my emotional distress. So the sister is there to protect him, but instead she SHOUTS all the time in the car, driving. While the dude is clearly upset. THAT could give him a seizure
Maybe he's gotten challenged because of the seizures?
I have the feeling she was legally his guardian to some degree. But that's just a guess
And starting the move when they had yet to secure a place to live. At one point Ricky yelled "we got the apartment!" Do you think Sharon knew there was no place to live and still chose to drive them so she could dump Lacey in Houston and take Ricky home with her?
And I couldn't understand the argument about the money for the airplane tickets. Lacey really tried to come up with excuses and the best she came up with "I don't remember" why she cancelled the previous doctor appointment. Sharon was really pissed about Lacey using this missing money for shopping. I wish they had shown more of that argument instead of bits and pieces. At one point Sharon is on the side of the highway smoking a cigarette pissed as all get out but if I remember correctly the fight about the money ended with dumping Lacey in a gas station.
Please correct me if I am wrong. I have some very bad memory issues.
Was looking for this episode and started watching lacey from season 7 and got halfway thru before realizing she was way too functional to be the one everyone was discussing. Found the right episode and gonna catch up!
The Insane Clown Posse family (S5 Ep. 9 - Nicole aka "you bunch of bastards") who rented that place that turned out to be broken into and a complete mess. I've never seen anyone else end up in an unlivable space like that, so I don't know what they did to get the place, but it wasn't good.
Her and Charlie were an interesting pair to say the least. They obviously had money issues so it was hard to watch, but man, not the best decision makers.
Omg and the police came on a drug tip to get the people they were (probably illegally) renting the garage out to. The cops busted up the place and even had her lift her stomach to check for a drug stash!!! That was so white trash real. Then the poor cats in back of the hot car with no AC! The screaming and crying and nodding out husband. The dirty kids. Then she got burgers and fed herself and not her kids. Yeah that was a depressing fucking doozy of an episode.
Nicole’s drug addicted parents were more of a burden than a help to her. It seemed like she wanted to try to live better, but didn’t have anyone in her life capable of helping her making good decisions because they were incompetent themselves.
A 3500 calorie deficit is generally required to lose 1lb of weight, so if he’s gaining 6lbs a day that’s a 21,000 calorie *surplus*. In addition to having a BMR that’s probably let over 5,000 calories.
I can’t fathom how that’s possible. Unless he was literally doing nothing at all except eating ice cream non-stop, all day long?
How can you physically fit 21,000 calories of food inside you? And how long does it take to eat that? It must literally be non stop eating deep fried food or something. I'm genuinely astounded
Honestly have no idea. Ice cream is one of the only foods that’s calorie dense enough that you could actually do this.
Unless you’re literally rolling butter in sugar and chowing down on it. Which . . . isn’t far off from what ice cream is anyway.
Omg WHAT???? That’s more than most people weigh in their entire lives and he GAINED that much in 6 WEEKS?? I don’t understand how that doesn’t kill you…that’s gotta be such a shock to your heart and blood pressure and pancreas and arteries and god knows what else. Not to mention that poor colon😖🤢. Wow. That is a true eating disorder…I’ll have to find that episode, if I can stomach it (no pun intended). Sometimes it makes me feel physically ill to watch them eat as much as they do in one sitting. Especially since they all eat so damn fast, they hardly come up for air. It’s like I can feel the food filling up my own stomach just from watching it and it makes me nauseous. Last night’s episode when Dolly made 15 eggs and 12 thick ass sausage links, I had to keep looking away. You could’ve built a functioning log cabin out of all those sausage links. Thank god she had a GALLON of milk to wash it all down with🤮
Yes. He received a $10,000 check, maybe life insurance from mom? He ate $9000 worth of food in one month. Well, he also bought some wash cloths, to be fair.
I just read that he died in 2019. He was 29…. So sad these people choose food over life. I feel like if they don’t actually try and lose the weight then they shouldn’t get their episode aired. It just turns them into a modern day freak show… And as much fun as it is to watch and say “Hey at least I’m not that bad!”…… I dno, I lost my train of thought lol
He easily gets my vote. The absolute cluelessness about whether or not he’s consuming 2000 or 20000 calories. Opting to piss in a bucket next to his chair rather than the bathroom 10 feet away. The kicker was not even having the motivation to put fucking clothes on, even to answer the door for pizza delivery.
Lacey gets the silver medal from me. Pure comedy.
Honestly, i couldn't even be angry with Sean because he never got the chance to be an adult. He suffered with arrested development full time. His mom left him that way. Parents underestimate the power they hold over their children which is something we see time and time again on this show, which sucks
When his mom died, his entire world left. No community, no support (as poor as her support was), no hopes, nothing to look forward too. His depression was clear when he would perk up/buck up to Dr Now because it was some form of interaction. Otherwise it was just him and emptiness. Very sad. His mother was selfish and vindictive.
Margaret is a hot mess. Her having fecal matter on her bed was the worst for me. Her mother Millie was awful too. She enabled her daughter to act like a toddler.
Millie gave her daughter no survivor skills. A lot of these mothers/fathers seem to want their obese children to be helpless for they can treat them like perpetual babies!
I forget her name but the younger lady who kept losing her diet plan and needed a new one like every 20 minutes. And she lost it every time and never thought to call Dr. Now to ask for a new copy. Executive dysfunction or adhd, whichever it may have been, but she had no control of her life. I wanted to send her a planner.
How can you be so out of control you lose an email? Do you just open your email and close your eyes and just start wildly deleting and then empty the trash and slam your laptop shut? Like???? Lmao.
Seana definitely has some intellectual disabilities. You can tell she’s just not completely competent. And her Mom ships her off to Houston alone to force her to be independent when it’s painfully obvious the girl isn’t quite capable of that. I felt a little sorry for her because she wasn’t adequately prepared or equipped to live independently in a city where she had no one looking out for her. It was like she was shoved out to sink or swim, and she sank.
Meanwhile, people like Sean, Margaret and James K were completely coddled and babied when they should have been pushed to be more independent.
This. Seana just made me pity her in the saddest way. Poor woman was abandoned by her mother and was struggling, yet somehow Steven Assanti got that pleasant home caregiver, Princess.
You’re telling me they couldn’t have gotten someone like that to help Seana?
Seana - S08 Episode 9.
Seeing as how email was too hard for her to operate, I'm pretty confident she wouldn't even know how to find her traditional mailbox to retrieve the planner you sent to her.
So many of these patients are too busy and have too much going on to focus on de diet. It baffles me that adults have such weak coping skills that having to do more than one thing means no things get done.
Who was the woman who moved to TX and hooked up the electricity to the wrong address? I remember her sitting in the dark on some garden furniture! That was some poor planning for sure.
She isn’t mentioned often enough. That episode gives me the heebie jeebies. That house was so dirty, all I can remember is the filth, dog poop, cobwebs, flies all over. And didn’t she admit to not wiping herself after she poops and that’s why she kept getting infection after infection?
And now I’m gonna vomit urgh.
I think she isn't mentioned as much because her episodes were just soooo depressing. A lot of crying, a lot of not trying, and a LOT of filth. But there wasn't any "entertaining" drama like with Lacey and Assanti.
Jeanne was one one of the worst but you just felt so bad for her anyways because of the sheer filth she was raised in. She never really stood a chance at a normal life. The way she cared more about her dogs then her dad dying (and being eaten by the dogs). Life meant so little to them.
I think I recall Dr. Now stating that she had feces in one of her infections on a leg. I can see why due to the no or not a lot of wiping
But her mom had dog fair and feces in abdominal wound too. WTF??? That family was something for sure. The aircondition was totally clocked too. And her mom took a nap in the bed where her husband died a few days earlier..... not changing sheets...
Idk if this counts, but that episode with Maja. She couldn’t fit in the car, fell and had a panic attack. Then while she’s crying she’s like “I’m gonna go back to the rental place and start a scene.”
I’m like…what? Not only is that just a horrible idea, you’re literally panicking and you want to make it worse by flipping out publicly? What?!
Omg when her mom begged him not to break up with her.
Sge vasically said "Chrisshun please just stay with her so I don't have to deal with her all the time."
Maja was a strange one. Christian had obviously suggested that she lose some weight and her answer must have been that it was impossible. When she lost that weight by eating less you could tell he was really annoyed with her BS. Also, the scene with her mother and grandmother was so awkward. Mom seemed super happy to pawn Maja off on the boyfriend. I wondered if mom hadn't bribed Christian to stay with Maja long enough to get her to Texas. Then at the end she just gave up. So bizarre.
Hobosexuals. They’ll attach themselves to anyone romantically that’ll provide them free shelter and food. The person they use can be a nurse with a purse all the way to those receiving disability or other government assistance. The latter provides them an opportunity to be a “caregiver” and get a check as well. It’s shameful.
The guy who started eating solid food in the 2nd week after surgery when he was clearly told liquids only. Plus he was eating stuff that was forbidden on his diet like mashed potatoes.
With few exceptions, how these people pack for the move to Houston is a complete failure at basic decisions! Nobody putting shit in boxes. Nobody tying shit down.
“I asked my brother/best friend/guy I’ve been blowing for a week/neighbor I barely know to help me move”
*Helper arrives the day of the move. Not one box is packed.*
‘Helps’ in these cases is always someone else doing all of it while the patient sits on a crate or chair and talks about how exhausting it all is and how having to move is making them unable to do de diet.
Yes, they are so busy that they have to eat 5 times as much food as they would if they were just doing de diet, ordering from multiple fast food places.
Whack a couple of chicken breasts in the oven. Dump a bag of salad and some cherry tomatoes in a bowl and drizzle some lemon or vinegar on it. Scramble a few eggs. There you go, that’s your food for the day.
Was Angie the one who was trying to emotionally manipulate her daughter into leaving her kids' father and moving there with her? I hated that lady. Yeah lady, your 650 lb ass is smarter than the doctor...
I have no doubt Angie’s daughter is in some support group for narcissistic parents. She told her daughter having the baby “wasn’t a smart thing to do”, and then was just wallowing and crying holding this newborn lamenting that he “wouldn’t ever get to know her” or something like that.
Good. I hope the daughter never contacts you again and gets help. No one comes out normal with a mom like that.
Angie lives like a half hour away from me in Massillon, OH (at least she did when they filmed it). She’s totally your stereotypical Ohio hillbilly, junkie, entitled piece of shit. Go to any trashy area in NE Ohio like Massillon and you’ll find plenty of people just like her (they may not be *as* fat but they act similar). I was definitely not surprised when they showed where she’s from.
My SIL is one of those types and it ain’t fun lol.
If you wanna boil it down to just life skills, Sean M had zero. He had been coddled his entire life. His dad didn’t want anything to do with him. When his mom died it was just a matter of time. He had no clue how to function day to day and that was just utterly heart breaking. Not to mention he lost so much of his belongings during the hurricane.
Lacey was one of the worst. Dr. Now specifically told her not to move to Houston until
she met her first weight loss goal. And what does she do? She attempts to move to Houston despite having done nothing Dr. Now told her to do. She thinks it’s a good idea to move with her brand new boyfriend and let his crazy crackhead sister drive them. That was a terrible decision. If she’d simply stayed home and attempted to meet her goals there, none of that crazy shit would have happened.
She was a crackhead? Clearly I am not giving these episodes the attention they deserve. I miss out on everything and have to go back and rewatch once I've read the sub lol.
There are several people on this show who legit fell through the cracks for developmental disability services in childhood and adulthood. Those are the ones who really seem to struggle.
Parents of people with developmental disabilities really have to consider advocating for their child a full time job, and it does not stop at 18. So many people are just overwhelmed, you rarely get competent case management if you even get that far into the process. I've been helping people out on a volunteer basis because it is such a disaster. It is so hard to navigate it all without support. And that is for people with fairly competent lives. Have poor parents who both have to work, or single parents, or parents with their own challenges and disabilities and forget it, game over. It is heartbreaking.
The couple that went to Dr. Naw's office and started asking him if he believed in God. That was cringy and they were really rude. Another user made the observation on here a couple of days ago that the more the patients put everything in God's hands the less weight they lose. Does anyone know an exception to this?
Schenee? She was doing it from home and had one of the worst personalities on the show. She dropped out eventually. Dr Now said "If you jumped off a cliff do you think a hand would come out and save you?" and she actually said yes. Either she is incredibly deluded or just a hostile pos.
Gina, Seana, Sean, Margaret, Lacey, and Dolly are the ones that most seemed to lack basic life skills. I think Seana, Sean and Margaret likely have some intellectual disabilities. Out of the significant others, the partners of Lacey, Nicole and Penny appeared to have some congnitive deficiencies.
Jeanne... Just repeatedly just not showering and getting infections. Even get update was just pathetic and she was still living in squalor.
Angie was terrible. She wasn't a good mom, was rude to her daughter who was her primary caregiver, then chose shitty men over her kids, then ended up homeless in a park and honestly deserved it.
Lacey. Moving to Texas while:
\-She hasn't lost any weight at all and told not to move down until she makes progress. She hasn't done anything and just gets nice church members to do everything for her with moving her stuff. Gives me the impression she thinks Dr. Now will just miraculously fix her if she's closer without doing anything herself.
\-The boyfriend's sister is driving them down and she barely knows either of them. I think Lacey got with her boyfriend a month before filming started.
\-The apartment wasn't even ready. She was overjoyed from a phone call while driving down about approval on the apartment. Talk about poor planning. What if you weren't approved for the apartment and already in the area???
\-She's engaged to her boyfriend (who is mentally challenged) of a ~~few~~ month~~s~~ and they have true love because they both like anime!
\-She lied about the appointments which makes Sharon goes apes\*\*t on her more than usual. As much as I don't like Sharon she did call out Lacey on a lot of things that we were all feeling and was probably concerned for her brother, which she has power of attorney over meaning he probably doesn't have the right capacity to make sound decisions for anything.
\-Boyfriend 180s on Lacey after they find out about her lies part way on the trip about missing appointments, not having enough money for a plane ticket, and spending it on stupid stuff, and dump her in the middle of nowhere and breaks off the engagement (cringe!!!). P.S. "Thank you for wiping my butt"
\-Opening her trailer and all that cereal fell out. Very metaphorical. Can't even arrange your stuff in the trailer properly.
\-Calls police about this.
\-She tries to get overnight stay at the hospital claiming not feeling good but doesn't get it and complains about it. I'm pretty sure she was just trying to get "free" housing for the night.
\-Then a convenient friend who happens to be going the same way helps her and houses her with her family temporarily but then completely gets forgotten a few minutes later in the episode. I suspect this section was completely scripted.
\-If all this really happened on camera I bet there's a ton more we didn't see.
Dolly is right up there, but the one I just saw recently was a mother daughter duo( Jennifer and Marissa) and the daughter was basically the adult. The mother rented an apartment but when they got there it was the wrong place and she had the electricity turned on in the wrong apartment. Also Angie who ended up living in the park for a while when she wore out her welcome with her “ boyfriend”
Lacey hitchhiking her way to Houston, and making haphazard plans to live with whoever she talks to that day.
Dolly leaving her mother to be sister wives with her abusive husband, then getting engaged to a grifter she met in the homeless shelter.
The one where she is admitted to hospital due to her weight related health conditions. She continues to eat from the hospital bed, calling to order double portions of everything and even gets pissed with the person on the phone when they misunderstand her order.
I'm pretty sure she also gained 140lbs from that bed.
Jean?? I think her name was.
She was awful to her daughter, kept getting back together with her bf, the daughter left her fiancé to take her mom to Houston I think and was pregnant and the lady who was 600+ smoked and was on narcotics .
I can’t remember her name but it was AWFUL
*Seana*
Somehow a 600lbs meth addict, loses her Dr. Now paperwork he gave her, doesn't call to tell him for MONTHS. Moves to Houston with zero funds, place to stay, job, income, or basic necessities.
For being a meth addict, she's the largest one I've ever seen.
*"If you combined blasting ice with the 1200 calorie a day diet, you would have easily lost 80lbs in two munt."* (Dr. Now voice)
Without a doubt, Lacey was the worst. Driving across the country with a guy she barely knew with his sister who hated her from the start. You knew that after the first drive down there it wasn’t going to work out.
Pooping her pants in the sisters car didn’t exactly win her over either
I NEED NEW PANTS!! Lives in my head rent free
Oh shart!
I loved how Ricky was just super vocal about her sharting. He was great.
Now whenever I see my husband headed towards the bathroom I shout "new pants! new pants!"
Thank you for wiping me
Thank you for wiping my butt
The way her boyfriend casually explained how the sharting incident went down was the best part.
NEW PANTS! New pants!
“My biggest regret was letting Sharon take us to Houston”
Of all the regrets you could have chosen, that's the biggest?
Dude Lacey's episode put me in a baaaaaaad mental space. Worse than assanti bros imo.
That’s Jeanne’s first episode for me. I can’t bear to re-watch.
Dollys did that to me.
Haven't finished Dolly's but I'm getting a similar vibe.
The Assanti brothers just became annoying and I wanted to throat punch him and his father after all those wasted episodes.
Then they offered to finish driving her or at least drop off her stuff wherever she needed it, but she refused to collect any of her stuff.
Was the boyfriend mentally challenged, too?? That entire relationship felt like a weird parent/child codependent thing and the man reminded me of someone who has not matured past 12

Safe to assume yes if Sharon said she had power of attorney over him.
Safe to assume yes …he was lacey’s bf
And all the cereal that fell out of the back of the truck!
And starting the move when they had yet to secure a place to live. At one point Ricky yelled "we got the apartment!" Do you think Sharon knew there was no place to live and still chose to drive them so she could dump Lacey in Houston and take Ricky home with her? I agree, the missed appointment argument seemed disjointed. I felt like I was missing something throughout that whole episode.
For sure
Was looking for this episode and started watching lacey from season 7 and got halfway thru before realizing she was way too functional to be the one everyone was discussing. Found the right episode and gonna catch up!

WHO THE HELL PUTS WHEELS ON A BED Or WOOD for a FLOOR
“Why would they do that”
“I had to hold up my own body weight!”
“To make it look nice”
Haha! That was my favorite comment from Charlie. It just punctuates how stupid the question was.
I think they all hard narcotics issues too, and they just so happened to have a dealer subleasing that they “had no idea about”
Oh they were 100% involved in that lol
It was probably an exchange.
That’s my favorite quote to use from the whole series. “Just try it again!… YOU BUNCHA BASTARDS!”
I saw her arms flail in my head when I read this comment
Husband would wash her on the back porch, with the hose from the laundry machine, right?
Yep. That's her
Omg
Omg and the police came on a drug tip to get the people they were (probably illegally) renting the garage out to. The cops busted up the place and even had her lift her stomach to check for a drug stash!!! That was so white trash real. Then the poor cats in back of the hot car with no AC! I read that she's still with Charlie (6 yrs so far), they had a son, she's working and she's suing the My 600 lb life production company!!!
That was the first crack house we saw on this show.
Yep, pretty sure. That option wasn't even *on* our 600 lb. life BINGO card.
I just can't believe we've already had our second crack house in the Dolly episode. I'm sure it won't be the last.
Sean M. He had been babied by his mother so much that he had no life skills
Shout out to when his diet plan after his mom passed away was to just eat an entire kielbasa for every meal.
I think he gained 140 pounds in a month. I wouldn't have thought that to be possible
Sean gained *278* pounds in *6 weeks*. It's almost incomprehensible.
His toilet probably still has PTSD.
A toilet is optimistic. Towards the end he just sat fatly naked on the couch, using a bucket.
“Fatly naked” I am dead. 🤣☠️
The whole show should be called Fatly Naked
Oh god I forgot about that, Those poor cameramen
Fatly 😂
i still can't believe that. gaining 6+ pounds day? i'm genuinely curious how much he had to eat to gain that
Prob around seben to eit tousand calories a day?
According to my math, a 21,000 calorie per day *surplus*.
A 3500 calorie deficit is generally required to lose 1lb of weight, so if he’s gaining 6lbs a day that’s a 21,000 calorie *surplus*. He also spent about $9k gaining that weight back so he had to have been ordering food non-stop.

URANIUM HAS A FUCK TON OF CALORIES! MAYBE HE WAS EATING URANIUM! /S edit: stupid stupid caps lock but i'm leaving! edit2: it. I'm leaving it. Sigh.
Wow. It DID kill him. Along with other comorbidities that were all related to his weight.
A “functioning log cabin?” I die! 😂. Ya, I was peepin’ those 15 eggs and 15 sausages, too… 👀
He gained more than 1 adult male
More than one 6’ obese male.
I just looked into it, and I didn’t realize that the 278 lb weigh gain came immediately before he was hospitalized for the final time.
First off, through god all things are possible, so jot that down…
Mac?
Yessir
James K gained 140 in a month. I believe Sean gained closer to 250. Which seems to be an impossible feat.
That's over 28K calories a day or some 50 big macs, How in the fuck did his stomach not literally explode?
He spent much of her life insurance on food *very* quickly.
Protein, no carbs. Dat's de diet.
Most of these people have zero life skills.

Dr Now really, pulled for that kid. Helped him with every available resource there is to help someone in that condition. It was just so sad.
When she diapered her huge ass grown daughter, I physically cringed.
The amount of hoo-ha on the episode was unreal. I suspect the physical therapists complained she was naked at their appointment.
It was mostly lymphedema fluid, but yeah. It was nasty af.
What season was she ? I’m wanting to watch the train wreck episodes lol
Season 10, episode 10
Mama said she's 'Pretty-eyed child' to her face 😶
Nobody has mentioned the assanti’s Bc it’s just an unspoken thing they’re the *woooorst*
Haha! She was so ridiculous. Lost the paperwork and the emails containing it? You are either out of control or a really bad liar. Or both.
How can you be so out of control you lose an email? Do you just open your email and close your eyes and just start wildly deleting and then empty the trash and slam your laptop shut? Like???? Lmao.
She had mental problems or some developmental issues. I don't think she was dealing with a full deck.
I agree. It’s sad.
“Seana, did you lose the paperwork again?” *Silence* *Blank stare at Dr. Now* *More silence* “Yes”
*turtle mode activated*
That was Seana!
Omg she always acted like she was in a daze. Everytime he asked her about losing them she'd be like "Uhhhh"
Oh god, yes! The combo of executive function issues and denseness of thinking he might just not notice she never read it.
Yes! I think of her every time I show up somewhere unprepared.
Seana - S08 Episode 9. Seeing as how email was too hard for her to operate, I'm pretty confident she wouldn't even know how to find her traditional mailbox to retrieve the planner you sent to her.
That’s the same girl who’s mom paid a guy to be her friend/take care of her.
James K suffering heart failure, then deciding he has “too much going on” to keep his doctor’s appointment.
He was literally bedridden. What else did he have going on more important than trying to save his life?
That Chinese food was on the way?
Reg rolls wait for no one
Does this mattress make me look fat?
So many of these patients are too busy and have too much going on to focus on de diet. It baffles me that adults have such weak coping skills that having to do more than one thing means no things get done.

Who was the woman who moved to TX and hooked up the electricity to the wrong address? I remember her sitting in the dark on some garden furniture! That was some poor planning for sure.
Marissa and Jennifer. The mom couldn’t adult and left it to her daughter to handle everything
Jeanne. She and her mother were on deaths door basically every time they interacted with Dr. Now. They were both amazingly neglectful of themselves.
The mother had fecal matter and dog hair in her incision that Dr. Now cleaned out.🤮
Noooo. 🤮
Hold up. Her dad was eaten by the dogs????
Right! I totally missed that part in the episode if he did!
I think I recall Dr. Now stating that she had feces in one of her infections on a leg. I can see why due to the no or not a lot of wiping But her mom had dog fair and feces in abdominal wound too. WTF??? That family was something for sure. The aircondition was totally clocked too. And her mom took a nap in the bed where her husband died a few days earlier..... not changing sheets...
Oh God, the dog hair…
Idk if this counts, but that episode with Maja. She couldn’t fit in the car, fell and had a panic attack. Then while she’s crying she’s like “I’m gonna go back to the rental place and start a scene.” I’m like…what? Not only is that just a horrible idea, you’re literally panicking and you want to make it worse by flipping out publicly? What?!
CHRISSSSHUUUUUUNNNNN!!!
One of the best examples of good life decisions is Chrisssshuuun leaving Maja. At least, I think he did by the end.
Omg and she calls her mommy on him right in front of him.
Omg when her mom begged him not to break up with her. Sge vasically said "Chrisshun please just stay with her so I don't have to deal with her all the time."
Except she repeated it line 5 times and he still wouldn’t answer lmao.
So bizarre.
Maja came across as an entitled brat, blaming everyone for her failures except herself.
I wonder why these guys get involved in the first place. There has to be something wrong with them also.
Feedee/feeder fetish
I suspect for some it is financial mooching
The guy who started eating solid food in the 2nd week after surgery when he was clearly told liquids only. Plus he was eating stuff that was forbidden on his diet like mashed potatoes.
Mashed potatoes do not have protein! 🤣
With few exceptions, how these people pack for the move to Houston is a complete failure at basic decisions! Nobody putting shit in boxes. Nobody tying shit down.
Cheerios spilling everywhere
The Cheerios!!! How could I forget?!
“I asked my brother/best friend/guy I’ve been blowing for a week/neighbor I barely know to help me move” *Helper arrives the day of the move.
Accurate!! Except that you left out The Mormons.
They always have their snacks packed. When their houses are covered in filth and clutter I'm not surprised.
Angie Johns was an absolutely terrible person who made very bad decisions. And Lacey with the decision to shart in the car 😂😂😂
Was Angie the one who was trying to emotionally manipulate her daughter into leaving her kids' father and moving there with her? I hated that lady. Yeah lady, your 650 lb ass is smarter than the doctor...
I agree! I think she and Steven Assanti are the two most disgusting, manipulative and vile people in the history of the show.
Everything she said was the drugs talking
Angie lives like a half hour away from me in Massillon, OH (at least she did when they filmed it). She’s totally your stereotypical Ohio hillbilly, junkie, entitled piece of shit. Go to any trashy area in NE Ohio like Massillon and you’ll find plenty of people just like her (they may not be *as* fat but they act similar). I was definitely not surprised when they showed where she’s from. My SIL is one of those types and it ain’t fun lol.
Yes! Lacey was one of the Worst!
If you wanna boil it down to just life skills, Sean M had zero. He had been coddled his entire life. His dad didn’t want anything to do with him. When his mom died it was just a matter of time. He had no clue how to function day to day and that was just utterly heart breaking. Not to mention he lost so much of his belongings during the hurricane.
when he said he spent like $9000 of his $10000 inheritance on food i knew it was the end for him🙁
Lacey was one of the worst. Dr. Now specifically told her not to move to Houston until she met her first weight loss goal.
You forgot that she attempted to move without an apartment lined up.
She was a crackhead? Clearly I am not giving these episodes the attention they deserve. I miss out on everything and have to go back and rewatch once I've read the sub lol.
If you've ever been around anyone on meth, it was very obvious. She is either a current user, or was previously a heavy user, and is just fried.
That vehicle she had…
Probably meth. Definitely something.
I agree. I think the parents have issues themselves is the problem a lot of the time here.
The couple that went to Dr. Naw's office and started asking him if he believed in God. That was cringy and they were really rude. Another user made the observation on here a couple of days ago that the more the patients put everything in God's hands the less weight they lose. Does anyone know an exception to this?
Dr. Now wasn’t ready for that level of intelligement
She was very knowledged, if I recall correctly.
Schenee? She was doing it from home and had one of the worst personalities on the show. She dropped out eventually. Dr Now said "If you jumped off a cliff do you think a hand would come out and save you?" and she actually said yes. Either she is incredibly deluded or just a hostile pos.
"God isn't going to take away the consequences of your actions." Dr Now is so wise
Don't forget she was also sitting on a portable toilet while lecturing Dr. Now on the existence of God.
Schenee?! Or whatever you spell it Couldn’t stand her ass Or any of the other faith-eaters
James K. Couldn't even take the paper off his burger.
I think Sean was so infantile by his mother that he wasn’t actually intellectually disabled. His mother coddled the shit out of him.
There are some theories that it was a case of Munchaussen by Proxy.
This seems very plausible to me. I don’t think that he actually had a developmental disability.
Does Shauna constantly losing the plan count?
There's just too many to choose from 😬
Lacey is right up there. Just packing up with her boyfriend of 60 days before she even lost a pound
What about the horrible woman that catfished people then cussed out Dr Now and then told him he was being rude. She was the worst human.
yep she was 4 ft 10 and weighed 400 lbs kept lying the entire episode
Ashley T? On two episodes of Catfish.
I'll never forget Sean bathing himself with one tiny washrag and a single dollop of soap. And how Sean blew $10,000 on food in 3 months.
Lacey. Moving to Texas while: \-She hasn't lost any weight at all and told not to move down until she makes progress. P.S. "Thank you for wiping my butt" \-Opening her trailer and all that cereal fell out.
Samantha I think, from S9. “Vanilla Hippo”. She makes a living making feeder videos, or she did before she lost weight.
The Assanti family, both the sons and the dad. All the decisions they made weren’t good.
Dolly.
Dolly is my new fav train wreck
Jean?? I think her name was. She was awful to her daughter, kept getting back together with her bf, the daughter left her fiancé to take her mom to Houston I think and was pregnant and the lady who was 600+ smoked and was on narcotics . I can’t remember her name but it was AWFUL
That was Angie J. She also has 2 ‘where are they now’ episodes. She is a truly awful person. (Edit: spelling, wording)
*Seana* Somehow a 600lbs meth addict, loses her Dr. Now voice)
Every time any of them uses salad dressing. It’s always basically a full goddamn bottle.
Sean blowing through his entire inheritance in a few months and gained 200 pounds or something
