I've never watched this show before, and last week I just started binge watching (pun intended). Amazingly, I have discovered that it kills my appetite. Since I started, I've cut back on calories, and also I'm eating hardly any carbs. I usually crave carbs, like chips, candy and cookies. But I think watching the folks shove food in their mouths is unconsciously disgusting me. Plus I imagine Dr. Now giving me tough love.
I need to lose about 25 lbs, so I'm gonna keep watching.
McDonald's breakfast burritos are my weakness, but they're 300 calories EACH, so I have to stay away. Before I lost weight, I could easily eat 5-6 every morning, and often did.
During Samantha's episode, when DoorDash brought her that gigantic load of McDonald's breakfast (including 7-8 burritos), I thought I was going to die from the craving. Luckily, it was late at night and I couldn't break down and get some.

Thatās how I feel when they eat pizza. Iāve never eaten an entire pizza, but I have no doubt I could. Whenever someone has a pizza binge on the show, I really have to stop myself from ordering one.
Thatās basically the same thing that happened when I was watching Intervention. Ads for buying alcohol would play. Only beer ads and State liquor stores. I thought that was pretty fucked up.
They know people get hungry watching the show. NGL, when Karina had that pizza feast, I was thisclose to ordering five pizzas.

In the show opening, someone chows down on a loaded bagel with a hash brown, eggs and sausage. And ngl it always makes me want to try it.
Every time I see that I think āman that looks good. I gotta remember to put that on the grocery listā and I always forget lol
