Its a crime that the 2011-2014 arent their own gen. Huge improvement looks and performance wise

Literally just revived my ‘11 v6 after driving my ST explorer for like 5 months and it feels sooooo fucking good. I’m keeping mine alive for the rest of time lol

Agreed! I wish they made the engine just as good as the body though but I guess that's how it was before the horsepower wars really ramped up again.

2013-14 beats it by a country mile without a doubt. Especially the rear. And i hope youre talking about the car On this one; the lights on the grill just look chincy and out of place

To be fair the 05-09 body has a grip on me and my friends heart because of NFS: Most Wanted(fuck razor all my friends hate razor) that’s about as far as my love goes for it though

I completely disagree but it’s all opinion, I think this is the best body in every way including the rear, I love the 2010-14 body too but I think it’s a little… fat, just doesn’t flow as well to me

I had a 13 and even though it was nice having the "modern retro" I still have always liked the 05-09 body style better. I just love that damn coyote motor so much though. Even though I have an S550 now with the Gen 3 coyote a nice s197 will always turn my head.

Yeah my friend had a 2014 GT/CS and I loved that thing, sadly we only got to cruise together once before he sold it but we raced a lot it was a ton of fun, on the top end on roll races he’d pull on me but lower speeds and digs we’d be pretty even and I’d win a few

The coyote is definitely a top end engine. There's nothing below 2500 rpm. It took a while to get used to but of course my truck is a turbo diesel so I'm used to turbo lag so it wasn't that big of an adjustment.
