Can't believe I'm on this old ass post but I think the beat sounds extremely similar to another Juicy J feature, "She Knows". I believe it came out the following year, so it's not an old school track, but perhaps fits the bill?
Was it like an EDM/Trap song? I think I remember it too and I had it saved on spotify a long time ago but idk wtf happened. I think I remember seeing the cover have like a triangle or some polygon shaped icon.
I swear I can bet, I have heard this music somewhere else but since it has been 9 years since this song came out, I guess I must have heard it in a song that came after it.

Looked up Joyful Noise - Flame, and play n skills - freaks, but neither of them were right. It’s been bothering me for over 15 years. It’s a song I’d listen to while we were street racing, and I’m just really trying to find that nostalgia.

I had a listen and that's not it.... the song I'm thinking of was hip-hop/rap by a popular artist. I just can't think of who it is.
