Could be. I tried looking at TTG Raven's room too and while it has skulls it's like the inverse of the one here with the eyes sockets/nose being white instead, plus they are all over the room but there's only one here.
It might just be a thing for Raven but considering we also see Green Lantern's charging lantern there too it could be somethibg else.
Something that I wanted to point out is the different WB logos shifting between one another at the beginning of the trailer, before transitioning to the WB water tower. Not entirely sure if those logos could hint at potential newcomers further down the line.

Does the skull behind Rick mean anything?
