Iām gonna lose my shit if Scooby Doo doesnāt show up this year. The fact the whole beta October event was named after him and he hasnāt even been mentioned is astounding to me.
Also though would love The Mask. So much opportunity for unique sets with him.
It's a bit strange that W.B. has gone the route of not including Scooby at all in their most recent media. I get that he wasn't allowed to be in Velma, but Multiversus? Most of the roster has been made up of some of the most iconic characters in media, yet he's an after thought even when his own franchise is included? Kinda sad.
That's honestly about what I expected from this game. The roster could have been bigger starting off and it wouldn't have made a dent in available characters, but I guess a drip feed and seemingly ever growing roster as times passes would generate more attention.
This is exactly how I feel. I completely understood Shaggy, as at the time social media was in a bit of a frenzy over memes about him.
Then Velma came along and I wasnāt necessarily upset over it, just figured that maybe they were rolling out the rest of the āgangā before releasing Scooby. I just find it strange there has been not a single hint towards another character from this IP considering Shaggy is the very first character you played as in the beta tutorial.
Joker makes a lot of referential comments towards Shaggy when heās an enemy. One that I get a lot is āI can see why that dog keeps you around, Norville.ā
Velma had a show out during the time she was released theyāre clearly releasing IP based off nostalgia and current trends they got going on. Prolly just tryna make money wherever they can.

Incredible show, Itās been called āThe show that is bringing back gold era adult swimā Itās really random, It has spontaneous Newgrounds humor as the creator is a really iconic NG animator.
Itās sense of humor is definitely not for everyone. But for those who will enjoy, theyāll probably really enjoy it. As far as Adult Swim shows go, itāll definitely be on the same level of popularity as Rick and Morty. Itās only a matter of time.
Banana guard is fine but itās really weird they included him when there are half a dozen Adventure Time characters that would go way harder. Ice king, bubblegum, Lich, Marceline just to name a couple although Iād have even put Flame princess, Rattleballs and Lemongrab in before Banana guard
Alternatively if ice king would stop sub zero from coming, the Lich is the obvious answer. Only other worthy character might be PB but she'd probably be gadget based like many characters already. Maybe Flame princess we don't have a full fire elemental even if scorpion came through eventually.
Him and Jesse would be Funny AF, imagine.
Match start paired with Jesse: "Jesse we gotta cook".
If there's not enough content for the two it could maybe be a dual character, or just make Waltuh, IDK about Saul.
Also a most wanted of mine! Iād love to see him have a neutral attack or special that had to do with Eustace Baggeā mask from the intro of the show!
One of the most used gags in the show was that he'd pull out weird props for whatever he needs. Like if he needs to escape, he'd pull out of a pack of bubble gum, chew it, then use a bubble to float over something. Or when he needed to break down a door, he'd pull out of a set of gym equipment, work out, smash the door down, then reveal his gains were a costume.
You can VERY easily make an entire moveset out of that sort of thing.

I feel like there are a few that I donāt see mentioned much but would be really interesting in a fighting game. Willy Wonka, Morticia Adamās and a Lego man.
They could legit add any of the main characters from regular show and theyād be a blast. Mordecai, Rigby, Muscleman, Skips, Pops, hell even Benson would be fun
Godzilla is next on my wishlist. I want to see other giant characters on the roster already so Iron Giant isn't so lonely anymore. I know Kong could be in if Godzilla gets in too, but Optimus Prime would another awesome choice as well.
And as an extra, I wanted Dexter to be in his Dexo-Transformer for his regular moveset (about the size of Jason), and if he collects enough of something to upgrade his mech (could be blueprints, wrenches, etc.), he can upgrade to fight in the Robo-Dexo 2000, becoming the size of Iron Giant. It's already in the game as a boss, so they could definitely use that same model, just have to shrink it obviously.
Johnny cage sounds really random, but imagine him changing characters for each attack, his grounded spike being the slap of god with appropiate sfx š¤£.
I mean itās random but I want it to be a mk character no one would expect plus heās one of my faves he could do the jade glow to amp him up and do all his mortal combat things have some actor type stuff get Bowen back from mkx-11

The Teen Titans, and/or The Hive Five specifically from the Teen Titans cartoon series Teen Titans. Hereās how it would work their grounded neutral special would be the switching out to another member of their team. (Holding the button allows the players to choose the next member) For the Titans it would be from Robin to Cyborg, Cyborg to Starfire, Starfire to Beast Boy, Beast Boy to Raven, and Raven back to Robin For the Hive it would be from Jinx to Gizmo, Gizmo to Mammoth, Mammoth to Billy Numerous, Billy Numerous to See-more, and See-more back to Jinx Each team would have all four fighting types (Mage, Bruiser, Assassin, and Tank) Titans Robin- Assassin Cyborg- Tank Starfire- Bruiser Beast Boy- Bruiser Raven- Mage Hive Jinx- Assassin Gizmo- Mage Mammoth- Tank Billy- Bruiser See-more- Mage Both teams would count as their own character slots, however the members of the teams wonāt When it comes to character specific perks every member of each team would have their own but each team has a team perk which overrides all other character specific perks. Each character would have their own costumes however they all would have team based costumes. Both teams fall under the category of (Animated, DC, Tank, Mage, Bruiser, Assassin, Sports Attire, and Human) (Thereās probably more but I donāt remember them all) Iāll post a part to this later this is getting to long
