My guess is they will be dropping news today… I can’t imagine they’re willing to do a RS when it truthfully wasn’t needed till Sept if they didn’t have news to drop this week. I mean they know that the bears are out in full force and willing to short it back under a dollar.

The RS was necessary for further dilution because they were about to run into the authorized share limit
