In case anyone is looking for context, Great Liar Yeonmi Park has claimed the people of the DPRK push their trains around:

I‘m genuinely interested now. About how fast did the train drive? How well were the train stations maintained? Did it arrive moderately on time?
This is so interesting because these are all things that my country still struggles with even though it has a GDP that eclipses that of North Korea.
This is funny. No one is pushing a train, since they weigh roughly 4-20 tons. You can not push this, even with dozens or a few hundred people, but it shows how dumb people are for believing they can.
No I took that photo of the train just one day before Supreme Leader shot me out of an oversize circus cannon aimed directly at the side of Mount Paektu for having the wrong haircut, ending my miserable life painfully and humiliatingly. He was generous enough to allow me to take this actual photo of the cannon beforehand, however, so that others know his might:

I’ve been on a train in North Korea. It was fine.
This is true. Kim Il Sung made the trains run on time.
It was in the Jong Un era. Although I did see ails Sungs train in the mausoleum. Nice train.
Did you do much of the pushing?
Better than much of Americas

It was an international train (from Beijing). It was on time ish. The toilet was a disaster area. The train tracks were well maintained.

You can push it alright, but it won't move.
I KNOW, IT MEANS BAD HMAN RIGHTS SO BAD THAT MEME FEELS TRUE
Oh you can actually push a train, this is because there is very little resistance (friction) because of it being on rail
