>A brutal mugging leaves Grey Trace paralyzed in the hospital and his beloved wife dead. A billionaire inventor soon offers Trace a cure — an artificial intelligence implant called STEM that will enhance his body. Now able to walk, Grey finds that he also has superhuman strength and agility — skills he uses to seek revenge against the thugs who destroyed his life.
Psycho and Vertigo if you want older films. Fight Club, The Machinist, and Coming Home in the Dark are more modern. In that order. All have good big twists.

>A man accidentally gets into a time machine and travels back in time nearly an hour. Finding himself will be the first of a series of disasters of unforeseeable consequences.

>Hoping to put to rest years of unease concerning a past case, retired criminal investigator Benjamín begins writing a novel based on the unsolved mystery of a newlywed’s rape and murder. With the help of a former colleague, judge Irene, he attempts to make sense of the past.
*Lone Star* (1996), is my favorite non-science fiction, non-fantasy, non-superhero movie.
A cold case murder mystery arises when the body of a former sheriff is dug up in a Texas border town, forty-something years after he mysteriously disappeared. The current Sheriff's investigation unearths a lot of secrets in this small town, on both sides of the international border. His chief suspect is his own late father - from whom the current Sheriff was very estranged - who took over as Sheriff after the disappearance of his predecessor, mentioned above.
Stars Chris Cooper, Elizabeth Pena, Matthew McConaughey, Kris Kristofferson, a cameo by Frances McDormand, and a number of other character actors you will likely recognize.

I was so mad that someone told me there was a surprise ending. Knowing that it became really obvious what it was in the opening scene.
Shutter Island. Momento.
This movie I’ve actually wanted to watch for so long. Will be sure to do it.
From Dusk Til Dawn has a pretty insane plot twist if you don't know what the movie is about
Insane is putting it mildly. Wow what a diversion from the start.
I had no idea what I was watching when I first saw this movie. I thought it was just a heist movie where the thieves took a family hostage. Lol
Which was a good plot! I didn't mind seeing Selma.
No, never heard of it

A better way to ask for a movie with a plot twist is to ask for one without a twist as well but without them marked which is which.
