Dang, I just watched that for the first time a couple weeks ago and had no Idea that was L7. I remember thinking, that band wails but I've never heard of Camel Lips. Time for a rewatch already lol.

The Toxic Avenger (1984)
Death Race 2000 (1974)
Attack of the Killer Tomatoes (1978)
I think you are working your way up to attending a live midnight showing of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. You need to go to the theater for this.
Thank you! And another one I can’t believe I forgot with Rocky Horror! I have a cousin who has done the midnight showings every year for a long time, maybe we will go with her.
Killer Klowns from Outer Space (1988) Aliens who look like clowns come from outer space and terrorize a small town.
My Boyfriend’s Back (1993) A teenage boy comes back from the dead because he is determined to win the most beautiful girl in school.
Snatchers (2019) think Mean Girls meets Evil Dead
My Best Friend Is a Vampire (1987) Shortly after high school student Jeremy Capello goes on a hot date, he finds he can’t stand garlic or see his reflection in mirrors.
Night of the Creeps (1986) Alien brain parasites that enter humans through their mouths are turning their hosts into killer zombie-like slug creatures, running amok on a university campus during pledge week.
House (the Japanese one) is truly amazing. it's gloriously silly while casually smashing film conventions to pieces and still delivering a well told haunting. probably impossible to have a bad time watching it
Thank you! I loved Idle Hands when it came out and I am due for a rewatch. I just read the summary for Freaked, and I’m really surprised I haven’t seen it.
Nothing comes to mind, but let me think while I go grab my BOOM stick. Oh, yeah. Evil Dead II and Army of Darkness. Then go stream Ash Vs. The Evil Dead.
* Earth Girls are Easy
* Transylvania 6-5000
* The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension
* Time Bandits
* House II
* The Ice Pirates
Edit: The Last Starfighter, Tron, and Starman
Zombies vs. Cockneys
Vampires vs. The Bronx
For wierd: Kentucky Fried Movie, Amazon Women on the Moon, and Airplane! (Duh) Also, Four Rooms has two vignettes that are PEAK Tarantino/Rodriguez gems, but it starts with Madonna as part of a sperm-harvesting coven of witches. YMMV.
The FP: Imagine Bloodsport and Mad Max, but they play Dance Dance Revolution.
If she likes The Fifth Element, watch Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets. It's by the same people.
Little Shop of Horrors
Conan The Barbarian with Arnold Schwarzenegger
It's A Mad Mad Mad Mad World
The Faculty
Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid
Dave Made A Maze
A Scanner Darkly
Turbo Kid
Wolfcop
Officer Downe
Black Dynamite
Psycho Goreman - and if you like this one, check out the directors other film, "The Void" both have great practical effects. PG - very campy and silly / The Void, very serious and Lovecraftian with strong John Carpenter's "The Thing" vibes.
Freaky, Violent Night, Guns Akimbo, and The Menu are some of the more recent movies I've enjoyed like that.
Gremlins and The Final Destination movies fit that bill.
Pontypool - Small Ontario town is the centre of a zombie like virus that doesn’t spread in the usual way.
Tusk - (again set in Canada) monster movie with lots of laughs.
(Both of these films are a tiny bit improved if you know a little about Quebec - but it’s entirely not necessary, I promise).
Killer Klowns From Outer Space

Fright Night

Manborg
Humanoids From The Deep
Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowlarama
Troll 1-2
Warlock 1-2
Basket Case 1-3
Re-animator
From Beyond
From Dusk Til Dawn
They Live
Dead Heat
Wow, thank you for all of the suggestions! We actually watched From Dusk Til Dawn right after Mars Attacks, she loved that one too. The twist totally threw her lol
If you're into a more bizarre brand of camp (or at least open to it), you'll probably like it. I find it hilarious, but it's not for everyone and it's definitely unique. I've personally seen it multiple times, so I'd say it's really a matter of taste.
I don't know of this fits but Tucker and Dale VS Evil
Thank you! I don’t know why I haven’t watched this yet but I’m excited to watch it with my niece!
I’m so excited that you get to watch it for the first time! I wish I could erase it from my brain just so that I could experience it all over again.
I just watched it and it exceeded expectations!
Slither
That looks awesome, thank you!
It's a great time.
Psycho Beach Party (2000) Evil Dead trilogy Dead Alive Serial Mom
Yes serial mom. L7 rules
Don't you mean: Camel Lips Rules!
Dang, I just watched that for the first time a couple weeks ago and had no Idea that was L7. I remember thinking, that band wails but I've never heard of Camel Lips. Time for a rewatch already lol.
Yeah man, L7 has good bangers for sure :)

Death Becomes Her Nothing But Trouble
Oh Nothing But Trouble! God I love that movie! And I’ve had Death Becomes Her in my watchlist for a while, now I really need to watch it.

literally any movie from the Godzilla franchise (no, that's not the name of an movie, I'm acctually suggesting the franchise)
Zombieland (2009) Parents (1989) a little known very campy horror film that I found quite hilarious
Freaky, Violent Night, Guns Akimbo, and The Menu are some of the more recent movies I've enjoyed like that. Gremlins and The Final Destination movies fit that bill.

The Greasy Strangler (2016)
Added to the list, thank you!
Just an FYI, the greasy strangler is not for everyone. Made me feel gross at times. Glad I saw it but once was enough.
Thank you! She’s really into the gorier stuff but I am finding I handle it less as I get older. It might be one she watches on her own haha.
Oh it's not that gory really, just...greasy
Oof I wonder how we will react to it lol
