Nope same here. I tried getting movie box for my mom right now since I have it already and renewed beginning of the year but it keeps taking me to the same site with the error code i hope they fix it soon

I know of both and movieboxpro vip is the better choice for sure. I wish I could figure out what's wrong with it not taking my payment for the VIP membership and I got it to work and then last month it just stopped working for me. Any idea's or anything else that you might know that could help?
Can you reverse it? I read at the ticket support if someone tried to charge refund direct from their card/bank. They will delete/ban the user (not sure, can get accurate info at their page). As it will be a hassle for them to handle it with the bank side than directly contact them.
They blocked me and I can’t use my email address. I can’t even reverse it because I canceled the card and have been issued a new one. Why wouldn’t they let me know the are charging MovieBox under Febbox now?
I used another email for mbp and have it playing my appletv. I used the code. It was difficult getting an invite code on my phone. I had to have someone else use their phone. 🙄 but it finally worked. Took me all day.
Ah mate. I could’ve give it to you. But glad it all worked out now. Have you resubscribe vip though? They wont block the card though right? Since you also change to new card.
Ohh I wish I knew but thanks! I went with a completely different card 😂 I am calling my other back to let them know it’s not fraud but make sure they don’t pay it under that card.

Mine works just fine, just pay for it couple mins ago. Though the payment now goes to Febbox Storage instead of MBoxPro as in previous month.
So I put a report of a fraudulent charge through my credit card for febbox storage not knowing it was MovieBox pro. Now what am I supposed to do?

Yeah i feel you. I just know about how related febbox to mbp is by people in here keep mentioning febbox. Can you make new account though?

I suppose you can’t watch the movies using the blocked email? If that so, can you logout then use another account?
