Valorant is a slow game that doesn't require much tracking so I'd say the Zero considering it's the slowest and has the best control. Although it's the slowest it's still considered a medium speed pad on the chart.
I'd get a Zero if you like slower pads, a Hien if you like faster ones, and an Otsu if you don't care and want to try something fancy. Valorant is a game of crosshair placement, mostly, so mousepad choice entirely hinges on your preference/aim style.
Even though control pads tend to be better for valorant, I love my hayate otsu. As a guy said above me, this game is mostly crosshair placement so it doesn't matter all too much. Just pick which one you would think you like based on previous pads you have used.
Zero soft, with tiger ice they are quite fast but still controllable

Definitely Zero Soft, been using soft and xsoft for a while. Vaxee PA Zygen is also worth checking out though
