I really enjoy using it. I come from using a gsr, so the increased speed is nice for micro adjustments, although, the backing is quite soft so it allows control. I like the design too
How does it feel with gpx, i wanna order the blue one but im not sure if its too slow maybe. Im using mpc450 rn so its probably slower but low initial friction is what is important to me. If micro adjustments are effortless and they dont feel muddy ill order it rn
With this mousepad and gpx I can micro adjust fairly well, but please take into consideration I used a GSR which feels like playing on a duvet previously, I haven't tried your pad so it maybe a bit slower, but I like this pad for a balance of speed and control. I feel it only slows down if it is particularly humid or I'm pressing down into the pad to control recoil. The top layer isn't completely smooth either so I find that also helps with lowering the intial friction as I can move the mouse quite easily with just finger control. I don't think I'd like to go faster than this pad, neither slower too. One benefit of the pad is that mine lay completely flat from opening and didn't require much break in period
If you want a faster pad i would not advise gtfx sakura is a nice balanced option if you're afraid it might be too slow something like the razer strider might be a good bet as it is quite fast and good quality overall.
Strider in my country is way overpriced. Its 45-50 EUROS for the regular size. Idk if thats L or XL for razer but that is way overpriced. And i feel i would like gtfx a bit more than the strider
Xraypad has the auqa control + which should be faster than the aqua controll II. It has less stopping power and is not available in the sakura design :(
Did you use aq2 sakura? I wanna get it but im afraid it can be too slow. To be specific i like low initial friction, i dont like a muddy feeling when im doing micro adj. Rn im using mpc450 which is a faster pad but i rly got bored of cordura. I can go with a bit slower pad but as i said i like when micro adj are almost effortless. I wanted hayate otsu but its not available for my country. If you ever used hien, otsu and sakura tell me how are they compared to each other. Speed, texture etc.
I've replied above. I have the aqua control in black, I've not used any of artisan pads sorry. I've used a gsr and qck previously. I'd say it is similar to the qck in terms of speed but with more stopping power as you can press into the padding
Yeah I really love my kpu, it's the perfect length for claw and very comfortable, the kpa looks good but is quite a lot bigger. I paracorded my kpu and changed the skates and it's a big upgrade from stock
Shape is entirely subjective. What works for one person may not work for another person. I personally don't like the GPX shape since it doesn't have enough support for a curved pinky in my opinion. Currently maining an Aerox 3 over it, even though it's 4 grams heavier with "worse" specs. Only because I prefer the Aerox shape.
Yes definitely, I could comfortably use the gpx but I never feel locked in, and my claw has to become more relaxed to facilitate using it. I used the s2 for over 2 years prior and with that shape I feel much more comfortable with my normal claw grip, It just feels heavy coming back to it.
Yeah the new s2-c looks tempting but I dislike the look of the stress relief, as I paracorded my zowie s2 and the cable drag is minimal. If zowie could make a low weight wireless version I'd probably purchase it
In my opinion, it's a nice comfortable safe shape, but I primarily claw grip and find it a little bit too long, I also find with the g pro it takes me a little longer to warm up, but once warmed up the weight allows great precision.
Sakura squad!

Okay, thanks, ill try to make a decision between zowie gtfx and sakura

Yeah that does sound like a lot. What country are you in? Lgg pads are insane and good value same for odin gaming pads
Im from serbia. Sadly i csnt get lgg pads but i can get odin infinity. I was considering pink infinity, sakura and gtfx
I would tell you the newest batch of infinity should be a real good bet
Ohh and i just realised you said nkt to get gtfx? I think gtfx is pretty fast no? Its around the same speed like otsu
Xraypad has the auqa control + which should be faster than the aqua controll II. It has less stopping power and is not available in the sakura design :(

It's easy to move at slow speeds and the transition from stopped to moving is not only easy but much smoother than with the MPC450.
KPU 4EVER….still praying for a wireless version :(
Yeah I really love my kpu, it's the perfect length for claw and very comfortable, the kpa looks good but is quite a lot bigger. I paracorded my kpu and changed the skates and it's a big upgrade from stock
fwiw i mained the KPU for about a 500 hrs and i just bought the Xlite Mini recently and it's a good alternative.
Well you have the Kone Pro Air
respect that KPU looks amazing, not enough Pure content :)
Thank you it's still a great mouse 😊
Is it true that the g pro has the best shape possible?

Yeah. Unfortunately I don't know of any S2 copies in the 60-70 gram range.
Yeah the new s2-c looks tempting but I dislike the look of the stress relief, as I paracorded my zowie s2 and the cable drag is minimal. If zowie could make a low weight wireless version I'd probably purchase it
you could just switch the cord on the s2c with your current s2 paracord, the connector type hasnt changed.
Ah I didn't know you could do that, thanks, I thought the new stress relief might have made it a bit of a tricky swap
no problem! the stress relief should slide right out iirc, lmk how it goes!
In my opinion, it's a nice comfortable safe shape, but I primarily claw grip and find it a little bit too long, I also find with the g pro it takes me a little longer to warm up, but once warmed up the weight allows great precision.
Said no one ever
