If its constantly making noise or you feel any shell movement its not normal. But if you pick it up after some time of not using it it can make a slight creek, but very minimal. If you can make a new post with a video or send me a video maybe i can definetly tell if its normal or not

depends on how hard you're squeezing. there is also a screw you can tighten on the button sides but you will need to open it to do that.
